Der var ikke rent, beskidt de fleste steder vandhanen i køkkenet dryppet konstant og hylede når man brugte vand andre steder i huset der var meget larm. Så da det blev regnvejr og meget blæsevejr var det næsten ikke til at være inde i værelset, og meget svært at sove på grund af larmen. Billederne i booking.com når man søger på hotel eller lejlighed svarer meget lidt over ens med det vi fik. Det ene toilet stang af tobak så der lukkede vi bare døren og brugte det slet ikke. OSV.... Vi forlod lejligheden en dag før beregnet og fandt et andet overnatningssted.

Both toilets were dirty. The floor had yellowish stains and the bath area has lots of mould. Need a good scrubbing. Checkout was 11am, 12pm was mentioned on the notice in the homestay. The swimming pool was crowded on Saturday morning. Some things were broken but it didn't affect our stay.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The apartment is located in a big skyscraper, with many homestays. The common areas (swimming pool and leisure) are very good and comfortable. Apartment floor very clean and spotless . Nice bathrooms and very good aircon and fans (no noisy at all). Dining table and chairs very comfortable and large living room with sofa. Nice restaurants and laundry service around.
The apartment is lacking maintenance: walls are stained and peeling, as well as the doors, wardrobes and cupboards are not closing properly and are very noisy, the sliding door towards the mini terrace is not closing properly (safety issue with kids on a 24th floor). The "table football" is super small (tricky picture in the apartment description). Cups and dishes were very sticky, we had to wash everything in depth. Very incomplete cutlery set. Taxi or grab needed, no walking distance anywhere.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026My kids love the pool so much, they enjoyed played at the park and pool. There was also a food stall near the pool so the access to get the meal is easy, and there were alao shop lots tobget the food supply down there
The host internet got problem, cannot connect to the tv, although the host send the workers to checked, but still not working, so we hv to use our own hotspot haha, and lastly to wait for the lift took us so long during check out, almost 15 minutes still didnt get the chance to get the lift, so we decided to just walk down using the stairs. We thought only our family use the stairs, but so many using stairs, the same reason is waiting for the lift took them so long..

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this homestay in Bali Residence. Upon check in, I noticed that the bathroom floor felt slightly sticky and had an unpleasant smell, and the wall tiles did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The body wash provided also had an unusual smell, which made me think it may have been kept for quite some time or not replaced regularly. In addition, the 2nd bedroom curtain & bed sheets seemed a bit dusty, which gave the impression that they might not have been freshly changed. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved to make the stay more comfortable for guests. Also, guests are required to wear proper swimwear or a 'Jersey' T-shirt when using the children’s pool area, otherwise security may ask you to leave the pool area, even if you are just accompanying a one-year-old baby for a short swim. It would be helpful if this rule was made clearer in advance for families with small children

Bad smell from toilet when check in. Bad is cannot book basketball court. :(. And onather big Thing happened while staying this house make me cannot sleep. I LOST more than RM1000 ANGPOWIN . In the room, just know after my check out. And can't find back my handbag in the room. hopefully the money well spent for the one who taken my bags . Spread love and help to their family . It is love from my parents and relatives.

The place was neat but not spotless. We also had trouble with a faulty key card. The guards were kind enough to help us out, and since we were only there for one night, we didn't bother getting it swapped.

The advert said there was a balcony. This is the balcony (pictured) complete with some cigarette butts. The apartment needs a deep clean - under the bed, down the sofa, on top of the extractor fan, the showers. The pool has a very strict dress code which we weren't aware of so we couldn't swim. This could be made clearer in the advert.
