Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Location of apartment. But it didnt help us much for the amount of money spent on Grab due to distance and rush hour traffic.
We had mentioned and booked the apt for 4 people. We were given 2 towels. Aircon was below par. A small aircon for entire apt. And it was hot and warm like crazy. Reason for two towels being Hygiene reasons. Professional look has to be maintained. Sheets and beddings looked like they just got off the bed and guests came in. Felt not like a Apt for guests but as if we were occupying a used home.

The host scammed our deposit. We followed the rules and policies, accused us without evidence and threatened to ask for more money. Host said to see him immediately whilst we were working and held the deposit. Deposit was taken because we couldn’t see him within the hour

The bed was super comfortable and the view from the bedroom was amazing. There is a supermarket in the same building and other mini supermarkets where everything is available.

The air conditioning in the hall is not functioning properly. Additionally, the second room has a musty smell. There are also personal boxes placed in the hall area, which makes the place look messy. The pigeonhole has no lighting as well. Furthermore, Ms. Sarab mentioned that I must give a high rating before they will refund the RM100 deposit, which is unacceptable.

The number of the path room is only one, and the location is a way from the center. The deposit (100 ) will be given back after 24 hours. If you left for travel, you will not be able to collect your money back, as they did not have an international account. It's only Malaysian account

- Kitchen space a bit small. Roughly can only fit 1 person at 1 time - No aircond in the living hall, got aircond in bedroom. - Netflix not working, luckily still has Youtube. TV channel also not working (unit on level 29, so kind of expected)

Easy access to the nearby shopping mall, and surrounding area are easy to find local food stall, cafe and 24 hours convenient store. The owner is friendly, and very helpful. No worries about safety, because the security is around the clock and cctv. The 2-bedroom apartment are super awesome with nice view of the city. In addition, the unit also provide complete amenities etc, washing machine, cooking stove, iron and iron board, extra pillows and mattress. Will come back again. And very recommended. Thank you to the owner for the superb hospitality.
