Arlowes at 20f Grand Residences Cebu

It was one of my best choices in all the years I have been travelling to Cebu. Everything was very good and the owners very cooperative and trying to help us.

I didn't have any bad experiences during my stay only good.

The location was convenient, the surroundings were peaceful, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. I also appreciated the thoughtful details and the comfortable space, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

It was clean and comfortable. It was safe in that there were security at the entrance to monitor who comes and who goes.

I was not too crazy about the location.

The grab driver will take you to the wrong tower but 20 metre up the road on the left is the correct tower.

They were very helpful with early check-in. The apartment is close to IT Park and clean.

Easy to checking. Fast responses from ownership. Polite and helpful. Staff in building very helpful.

Peak hours, elevators get really busy.

Location was amazing, super close to it park in cebu and also the host was very responsive and friendly with everything. I stayed for 27 days a full month and no complaints about anything. The skyline views was amazing, could see all of cebu and mactan. The AC in the room is super and very easy to use, the TV had Netflix and YouTube all we need, the fridge was good also clean. Bathroom very clean and tidy. No bugs or pests at all even on balcony.

Honestly there is nothing to dislike about it. If you want one honest opinion it would be the skydeck360 bar on the roof, there isnt much to eat and very slow service but that isnt part of the host control so this is not their fault.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable. No wardrobe space and no cooking facilities and only one cup. Facilities in the room need much improvement

I like everything, the room is very relaxing, the location is near IT Park. I will definitely book this again if we go back to Cebu City :)

I liked everything since it is within the city. Accessible if you have your motorcycle to stroll along near malls such as Ayala and Robinsons. I really did enjoy my stay at this place. Comfortable and relaxing. The staff of the condominium are respectful and nice. Lowell and Archie made sure to answer all my queries so that's a plus. No hustle in check my check in and check out. The city lights view at night is heavenly gooooooood. I just hope the water in the main sink is working but not a big issue at all. 10/10 in my overall experience.

None so far. I was not able to try the pool and gym so I cannot comment on that one.

What I love about the Grand Residence is its location. It’s close to the IT Park, which we often visit, and the area isn’t crowded at all. The place is nice and simple, and I haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever.

So far, I haven't had any problems with my stay. The place is good and nice overall. However, there are a few downsides: there’s no closet for clothes, check-in time is quite late at 3 PM, and there’s an extra charge to use the pool and gym. Also, the elevator is really slow and can get a bit crowded. That said, the room is clean and cool, and I’ve had a good stay.

The unit is good. I just didn't like the elevator because sometimes, we have to wait for a long time just to get to the unit and in going down, too.

Clean, comfy and quiet place. The room is equipped with everything you need. Still enough place and space.

Taxi Driver could not find right Address........ I had to wait 2 hours for the key.... Could Not find my name for stay..... Had to wait in lobby .... Area okay close to Ayala Center Mall 5 minute walk

Food nearby the staff are super friendly. I enjoyed view and the size of the room suprised me. Kept clean and stocked full of water in the fridge.

I'm already staying here so paying to use the pool or the gym is a bit much. That should be a given for guests.

Very cozy and clean. Very responsive host. The water pressure is excellent. Also great facilities; the hot iron helped a lot.

The bidet doesn’t function well when the knob is turned all the way. But i learned my way around it eventually, so it was alright in the end.

Location. Room was spotless. Everything needed was provided.

As this is a B & B , staff on reception do not assist guests as well as expected. NOTE- When booking via booking.com is not listed as a B & B is listed as Private Host - this is our mistake for not understanding the difference. Private is a live in residence.

The owner is willing to help us. WiFi and hot shower are perfect. The price is reasonable. Ten minutes' walk from IT park. Seven Eleven is near.

The laundry service at the building takes 3 days. There's no house cleaning even if the stay is long.

Great location and facilities. Excellent commutation with the owner. Clear instructions. Aircon. All necessities were provided. The restaurant at the top is great for dinner and the view is stunning. However, I do not recommend the breakfast. Way overpriced for what it is. 90% of it was more suitable for lunch than a breakfast. Deep fried and fat meat, sweet bread...

The aircon was noisy. It would have been great if there was a second hand towel.

This place is a perfect place to stay! It’s close to everything. The owner is so kind.

The room was way nicer than the pictures showed - clean, spacious, and with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. * The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. * The WiFi is perfect for working remotely. The unit has its own PLDT modem and landline - I was getting download and upload speeds over 300mbps. * The bathroom was spotless, and the shower and bidet had great pressure. Highly recommend!

Clean, well maintained. Probably the best shower in Cebu city.

Extremely loud aircon, tv not working, no internet and really poor mobile signal.
