Abends war es recht laut, wenn die Fenster offen waren. Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ging es.

Wie vorher beschrieben vom Vermieter, ist das Apartment im 4.Stock ohne Aufzug. Bei sehr sommerlichen Temperaturen war das mit Gepäck sehr fordernd. Aber es wird vorher darauf hingewiesen, deshalb beim buchen überlegen, ob das passt.

Spacious, well located and beautiful apartment. Well stocked with all the dishes and appliances one would need for a short stay. Well worth climbing the stairs. ;-)

Not a real complaint., more like an observation. Fridge wasn't clean but everything else was. We managed just fine and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Prachtig appartement op een hele mooie plek in het gezellige centrum. Supergoede isolatie dus je hebt geen last van het geluid.

Het was extreem warm in de periode dat wij er waren, door het klassieke karakter is er geen airco aangebracht. Het was warm binnen maar door de ventilatoren toch nog net acceptabel voor ons.

Except that it doesn't have an elevator,but all in all it was a great stay.Very comfortable and clean.Thank you so much!

What we didn't like is that we didn't stayed for long.Next time we gonna make sure to stay longer.

Facilities are too basic, even the TV does not have Youtube app. But what made us really disappointed was that the check out time is 10AM but at 9:45 two cleaning ladies showed up and rushed us to check out

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Brixen. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend und die Wohnung selbst wirklich traumhaft schön – sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer tollen Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Einige Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt allerdings etwas getrübt. Gerade bei sommerlichen Temperaturen wird es in der Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage doch recht warm, was den Schlaf etwas erschwert hat. Die Wohnung befindet sich außerdem im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Darauf wird zwar vorab hingewiesen, mit Gepäck sind die vielen Treppen dennoch eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Küche könnte unserer Meinung nach besser ausgestattet sein. Uns haben insbesondere ein Toaster bzw. eine Möglichkeit zum Aufbacken sowie ausreichend Gläser und Besteck gefehlt. Dadurch mussten wir den Geschirrspüler sehr häufig laufen lassen. Eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung wäre ebenfalls schön gewesen. Allerdings befindet sich ein Waschcenter nicht weit entfernt, sodass sich auch dieses Problem gut lösen lässt. Insgesamt ist das Apartment wirklich wunderschön und die Lage in Brixen hervorragend. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen bei der Ausstattung und einer besseren Möglichkeit, die Wohnung im Sommer zu kühlen, wäre es für uns nahezu perfekt.

La ubicación tan céntrica, pero el aparcamiento está un poco alejado para ir con maletas.

No nos gustó que no tuviera aire acondicionado, el verano en Bressanona es caluroso. Contamos con unos ventiladores pero no enfrían el espacio tan grande, mueven el aire y son ruidosos. Por otro lado, había una terraza abajo en la calle y hasta tarde mucho ruido para tener las ventanas abiertas. Echamos de menos que la televisión no tuviera canales para turistas extranjeros con nuestro idioma, además no contaba con acceso para plataformas de contenido de películas.

Sehr saubere, schön eingerichtete große Wohnung im Herzen von Brixen.

Die Küche hätte besser aussehen ausgestattet sein können (Z.B. kein Korkenzieher, kein Toaster, kein Backofen). Keine Wohnung zum Ausschlafen, da der Straßenlärm oder die Kirchenglocken sehr früh zu hören sind. Ein Hinweis auf den Baulärm im Nachbarhaus wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Situata nel cuore del centro storico, questa casa vacanze è stata recentemente ristrutturata e arredata con gusto, offrendo un ambiente accogliente, elegante e ben isolato dall' esterno.L'appartamento si trova ini un edificio storico e, come spesso accade in questa tipologia di immobili, non è presente l'ascensore. Inoltre, la casa non dispone di lavatrice né di stendino, caratteristiche da tenere in considerazione soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zwei Ventilatoren sorgten dafür, dass wir trotz Hitze gut schlafen konnten.

Die Wohnung heizt sich im Sommer stark auf und wer dörfliche Ruhe gewöhnt ist, könnte sich von der Geräuschkulisse in der Gasse etwas gestört fühlen.

Idealna lokalizacja, kilka kroków od rynku, na samej starówce. Klimat starówki i sama kamienica odnowiona w przemyślany sposób. Mieszkanie niedawno wyremontowane, idealne dla rodziny 2+2. Bardzo czysto. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, duża lodówka. Można spokojnie mieszkać tam tydzień i dłużej. Świetna baza wypadowa na zachodnie i północne Dolomity. Same miasteczko cudowne.

Właściwie jednym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji co może byc problemem ale chyba tylko od połowy czerwca do połowy sierpnia. Nas niestety spotkały upały i w mieszkaniu było ponad 26C, a wieczorami nawet 27C. Widok z okien na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku ktory znajduje się 2m dalej.... takie już minusy mieszkania na starówce. Parking do apartamentu tylko płatny (10e doba) oddalony kilkaset metrów. Jeśli jednak będziesz głównie nocował to możesz parkować za darmo w uliczkach przylegających do starówki gdzie parkowanie jest bezpłatne od 20tej do 8mej rano. Takie miejsca postojowe znajdują się okolo 100m od mieszkania.

We loved the location being right in the center of the town. Very close to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very well accommodated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Much appreciated the fans in every room.

The ONLY drawback to this space is that there was no air conditioning. The fans provided did really well to circulate air and make the space comfortable at night; however, it was still quite hot and stuffy.

eravamo al IV piano senza ascensore: una persona ha un problema al ginocchio e ha trovato qualche difficoltà soprattutto a salire tutte le scale. Andrebbe specificato in sede di conferma della prenotazione. Forse, essendo un sottotetto, dovrebbe essere prevista aria condizionata: all'arrivo era molto caldo

Kein Klima anlage, aber das ist verständlich wegen die historische Teil von Stadt. Aber trotzdem extreme heiß, es war schwer zu schlafen mit völlig offene Fenster auch.

Прекрасна квартира. Самий центр чудового міста. Паркінг рядом підземний за помірні кошти. Навколо багато кафе та ресторанів. Органічний супермаркет. Все просто супер.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sie ist schön ausgestattet und war sehr ordentlich. Es hat an keinen Utensilien gefehlt. Falls etwas fehlt, kann man dies im Treppenhaus nachfüllen.

Da es sich um eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung handelt wäre eine Klimaanlage angebracht. Tagsüber ist es kaum ertragbar gewesen. Es gab zwar Ventilatoren, diese erreichen aber keinen Erfolg. Eine kleine Klimaanlage hätten den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

The hosts were super responsive and very helpful. The condo was clean and perfect for all our needs. Would stay again.

A little pricey.

Great location in the city center and a very spacious apartment.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, which wasn't really a problem. However, it is located in the attic, and the corridor leading to the apartment has a glass(?) roof. The area outside the apartment door was probably over 40°C. The apartment has several fans, but they are not enough. There is no air conditioning, and the apartment becomes extremely hot during the summer. Even with the fans running, it was impossible to cool it down. On one rainy day, we couldn't keep the windows open, as most of them are roof windows or locked so they can only be opened slightly. The apartment felt uncomfortable to stay in. There are neighboring apartments on both sides, and the roof is shared, meaning someone could potentially access the apartment through the roof. I have also attached photos of the shared roof to illustrate the access between the neighboring apartments. At night, we could also hear noise from the bars and restaurants below until late. In our opinion, this apartment should not be rented out during the summer heat until air conditioning is installed on the upper floors.

Die Lage ist im Herzen der Altstadt von Brixen. Der Busbahnhof ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, es gab im Hausflur sogar noch einen Schrank, wenn was gefehlt hat, z.B. Handtücher oder Spültabs. Für 4 Personen absolut in Ordnung, für 6 Personen würde ich das nicht mieten.

Es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten oder etwas zum Aufhängen im Bad. Selbst am Waschbecken war kein Platz. Es wäre schön, wenn es noch ein Regal oder Wäscheständer geben würde.

​Чудовий відпочинок, усе на високому рівні! ​Плюси: Помешкання дуже сподобалося, все було просто чудово! Номер бездоганно чистий, охайний, із гарним сучасним ремонтом. Господарі подбали про всі зручності — всього вистачало і рушників, і посуду. Загалом враження надзвичайно позитивні!

​Мінуси: Оскільки номер розташований на третьому поверсі, у спекотні дні там буває досить душно. Наявні два вентилятори в пік спеки не зовсім справлялися так, як хотілося б, але це єдиний такий нюанс.

The position, very central was perfect. Walking distance to shops, a despar, eateries. Lots of space. Good value. No air conditioning but plenty of fans and good windows to get a draught so it was fine. Coffee maker with capsules. Well equipped kitchen.

There was no Brixen card which made travelling on buses and trains difficult. Please change this! Lots of stairs, no lift but manageable if you are fairly mobile. It was on the top floor so in a heatwave could be hot! A bit noisy on our first night only.

Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage.

Das Apartment ist im 3. Stock und hat keinen Fahrstuhl, für Senioren kaum geeignet. Es hat auch keine Klimaanlage, also im Sommer sehr warm, und bei offenen Fenstern sind die Geräusche aus der Umgebung, auch bis tief in die Morgenstunden, störend.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung.

Für Radreise nicht geeignet. Im Haus ungenügend Abstellmöglichkeit. Sehr enges Treppenhaus, schwierig EBikes hoch zu tragen.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Das Apartment sehr stylisch. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Zugang hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich.

Durch die Dachschrägen geht viel Raum verloren. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer als auch im Badezimmer muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht ständig den Kopf stößt. Im Badezimmer gab es keinen einzigen Haken oder Handtuchhalter, was bei vier Personen sehr unpraktisch ist.

Q era el ultimo piso y yo sufro de caderas. Al no tener acensor me fue mal en ese sentido por q me toco subir la maleta pesada.

Excelente departamento. Muy bien ubicado. Limpio y cómodo. Buena blanqueria y elementos de cocina.

Faltaría aclarar que queda en un 4to piso sin ascensor.

La pulizia, la posizione e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono sicuramente gli aspetti migliori di questo appartamento. Lo stile moderno e accogliente.

Il non avere l'ascensore e dover salire fino al quarto piano con le valigie può essere difficoltoso, ma è fattibile.

Gli utensili della cucina sono insufficienti (es. padelle, tostapane ...) Inoltre, a mio avviso, dato l'alto livello del posto, far trovare un rotolo scottex e delle spugnette sarebbe molto gradito Vado spesso il Germania in situazioni simili di qualità e trovo anche un piccolo omaggio tipo dolci o cioccolatini!!

Ideale Wohnung für 3-4 Personen zur Selbstversorgung im Zentrum. Zugang per Code, sehr sauber, alles funktioniert, viel Platz. Gute Unterstützung durch die Gastgeber via Booking.com-Chat.

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass ein paar schriftliche Infos für Gäste aus dem Ausland bzgl. Mülltrennung, Nutzung des Sportraumes, Handtücher etc und eventuell sogar Tipps für Besorgungen dankbar aufgenommen würden.
