The host informed us about everything properly. The apartment was clean. It is easy to reach city center.

Please note, that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.

部屋が4階だが、エレベーターが無いので、重たいキャリーケースをあげるのが大変

Joli appartement avec une belle surface. Centrée. Places de parking payantes juste devant l'immeuble. A savoir qu'à Zurich, les prix des parking sont très élevés.

Dommage, qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule salle de bain et pas de WC séparé. Nous étions 7. A notre arrivée, le code de la porte de l'appartement n'était pas activée. Attente, appel sans réponse, messages... . Une fois à l'intérieur, le petit canapé-lit (pas pour deux adultes !) n'était pas près. A savoir en effet, 4 étages sans ascenseur n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais selon les personnes cela peut l'être.

Die Zentrale Lage war Top 👍🏼 Die Räume hell und sauber

Es war sehr viel kaputt ( Jalousien, Becher, Duschstange, Lampe…..). Unzureichendes Kücheninventar. Das Tastenfeld zur Türöffnung viel zu hoch, ich kam nicht an. Die Zusage für ein späteres Check out (11 statt 10 Uhr) wurde einen Abend vorher nach 22 Uhr zurück gezogen. 5 Stock ohne Aufzug

The apartment is in a very central location, great for exploring the city centre.

Due to its location, it was noisy through the night. Staying on a Friday night probably didn't help, but it is to be expected being so close to the centre.

The blinds need an upgrade as do not blackout the room.

A great apartment in a quieter part of the city but very short walking distance to the centre. Spacious and comfortable. Very secure checking in/locking systems.

Slightly dated in décor and kitchen/bathroom facilities. No chance of a lie-in with 7am and 9am morning bells! The layout of 2 of the bedrooms means there is no privacy for one of them which I don't remember being aware of before booking.

Be aware there is no lift if heavy suitcases this is a problem.

We had an excellent overnight stay on our way from Innsbruck to Zermatt. We are an extended family of 4 adults (2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 2 grandsons 6 and 9). The train station we arrived at is not that far away but with luggage for 6 people for 6 weeks better covered in a taxi. The property is a good sized with large rooms that are well furnished and very comfortable. The heating was excellent and the beds comfy. Plenty of windows so nice and light and with good views. The bathroom was a good size and excellent water pressure. The apartment is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. An excellent place for our stay.

The apartment is on the 5th floor as described in the information provided. If you are not good with stairs or have a lot of heavy luggage it could be a problem. But for most people this would not be and issue.

Good location, though it’s still a bit of a distance from the main train station. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive.

The only downside is that there’s no lift, so it’s best suited for travelers with minimal luggage.

The location made it easy to get to everything.

It would have been nice to have one more upholstered piece of furniture in the living room. The key pad at the door was placed so high that it was not possible for one of our shorter travelers to reach it.

入住需要繳交押金，會退還，但是希望預定時可以告知 沒有電梯，而我們在四樓，大行李非常不方便 窗戶外有電車會經過，怕吵的人會覺得非常大聲

Our family of seven greatly enjoyed our stay in the Kaya apartment. As soon as we arrived, it was evident to us that the hosts put so much care and effort in creating a warm and welcoming apartment. It was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Check-in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Location of the apartment and the size of the space within, were great. Staff accommodated our late check-out request. Good communication with staff at all times.

Bathtub would pool water when using the shower. Kitchen floor was sticky, there was no mop to give it a clean.

1. big apartment with sufficient facilities for family uses and daily life. 2. nice host who gave us a prelonged 1 hour before checkout.

1.relatively long distance from Zurich Central Station for those families who have large and mounts of luggages. 2.located in 4th floor in a traditional building without elevator made my family sufferred a lot lifting large luggages up to the hill. 3.buses were busy passing by right beneth one of the bedroom that made my poor sleep even worse during travel.

The apartment had everything you need, working oven, microwave fridge etc. They were even so kind as to have coffee pods and a universal plug adapter. Very easy to get into the place, they sent a lot of helpful information.

Only 1 bathroom for 6 people, but they do warn you beforehand and there was enough warm water for everyone to shower.

Location was excellent.

More kitchen utensils eg egg flipper. Also some side plates - rather than only dinner plates.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment for a family in a wonderful position.

Space was very clean and spacious. Good size rooms too. And very central! We had a nice stay, and were able to use the kitchen to cook a few meals too.

The kitchen could use a few extra plates, cups, and bowls. We were cooking for a group of 5-6 and it not always had enough for pieces for everyone. Some wine glasses and bottle opener would be nice too, we had to borrow from the nice bartender from the bar below.
