Reviewed Apr 9, 2026tempat tidur memang selesa ada tilam dan selimut lebih. kemudahan kolam untuk anak2, memang seronok diorang, kemudahan dekat dengan lrt mudah untuk ke bandar menggunakan kemudahan awam, kedai runcit dan kedai makan pun berdekatan. saya mungkin akan ke sini lagi....
dapur kurang memuaskan sebab peralatan dapur untuk memasak tidak banyak sedia, sbb saya jenis suka memasak untuk family.. mungkin selepas ini dicadangkan perbanyakkan untuk alatan memasak, seperti periuk nasi, kuali dan lain-lain.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Il s’agissait de deux appartements de trois chambres chacun, tous deux fonctionnels. Dans l’un des appartements, il manquait un peu de vaisselle ainsi qu’un fer à repasser. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire, qui a immédiatement acheté ce qu’il manquait afin de nous garantir tout le confort. À part cela, tout était très bien, aussi bien dans l’appartement que dans l’immeuble en général. En bas de l’immeuble se trouve une petite supérette qui nous a permis de faire nos courses pour les petits déjeuners, ainsi qu’un chouette petit restaurant. La proximité avec les transports était un très grand point positif.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Nice place, more than I expected. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathroom, with good water heater. Very very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Got fridge, microwave, induction cooker, drinking water, electric water kettle. Got washing machine with laundry powder. All in good condition. Very very very recommended. I rarely give full 10 stars. Very nice host, good communication and clear instructions. Thank you host for hassle free stay in KL..

The water filter cannot use, also not enough utensil for family during the stay ( as for me, at least pls provide plastic utensil). Besides, the aircond in my room during stay didnt function at all, ask the owner to check but still no sign for maintenance.

So few Kitchen utensils, mugs/glasses/plates To get down from parking is a nightmare. Very sharp turn to go down. It would be good if host can supply prayer mats for Muslim tenant.

Water dispenser not functioning well. No hot water. No bigger size rice cooker. Only multi-purpose cooker provided. Water supply in this unit had low pressure, maybe it is located at 31th floor. Hi

Reviewed Feb 17, 2025Very clean and very spacious. All amenities are prepared. Staffs response are very quick. There’s convenience at the ground for quick snack buy. It’s also very close to all public transportation; bus, lrt, mrt and monorail.
Not necessarily didn’t like but I think some pipe need to be maintained (e.g; shower pipe and washing machine pipe). Hot water from the water dispenser didn’t work but there’s electric kettle so not really a big deal. Also, maybe previous tenant didn’t clean the cutleries/dishes well so hope can improve the checking by cleaners checking in future

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025The area is easy to access from the city center, with MRT and KL Monorel station just a walk away. The free bus (for Malaysians) station is just next to it making it easy to go around KL. Free wifi is available in the unit, so that you can access the smart TV provided. To my surprise, there were two extra mattress provided for free here, making the unit can accomodate another 3 to 4 persons! Washing machine was available, so we don’t have to go to the laundry and dry our clothes using the hanging rack. No dryer for clothes provided here. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils and we can cook light meals after coming back from our trip around the city. The staff is so friendly, even answer my text and assist during the midnight!
Nothing 😅 just make sure to clean the ceiling fan too!

I did'nt expect it to be quite far, but that just a tiny problem as there are bus terminal and monorail in front of it.
