The property is a short walk from Liverpool Lime St station. Conveniently sited near numerous restaurants and shops and a short cab ride to Anfield.

The smoke alarm inside our apartment was not functioning. While we were cooking, the fire brigade attended the property, which was extremely concerning and caused significant distress. Guests should be able to have complete confidence that essential fire-safety equipment within their accommodation is operational. When the communal fire alarm was activated, we contacted the emergency number provided to us, but received no response. This is particularly unacceptable given that the situation involved a potential threat to the safety of guests. An emergency contact system is only effective if someone is available to respond when it is needed. There were also other issues with the apartment, including poor cleanliness, a broken fridge door compartment and a hole in the ensuite sink. Given the serious failure in fire-safety provision and the lack of an emergency response, alongside the other issues, we do not feel the accommodation was provided to an acceptable standard. We are therefore requesting reasonable compensation for our stay, taking into account the seriousness of the safety concerns and the impact they had on our experience. Location was great for tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. We had a 3 bed apartment which had ensuite in every room. Apartment was clean and facilities were good. Would stay again.

Stayed over a weekend and the street noise was quite loud.

The staff were polite and gave good clear instructions. The apartment was nice and really clean.

I understand it did say key collection was from another location on the booking which I missed which was on me. However we parked our car near the apartment and a 40 minute walk(there and back) was really inconvenient. The pillows were really cheap and uncomfortable. The showers either didn’t work or were cold. It was loud! Struggled to sleep due to noise outside all night.

Way too noisy outside so couldn't leave windows open at night and only 1 fan between 3 bedrooms. Mattress very hard. Sofa's very uncomfortable. Long walk to get keys then again to get to the apartment while carrying luggage. One of the nights we stayed someone was banging on the door between 1am and 5am, shouting and ringing the buzzer. The bedrooms felt like they were shaking with the force they were banging the door. As we left in the morning the staff found the lock on the front door had been broken!We were celebrating an 80th birthday and didn't expect so much disturbance. It would have been good to have someone to contact that night to sort it out.

As a group wanting to hit the restaurants, pubs and bars the location was brilliant. Was also clean and spacious.

Due to the close proximity to the night life, it was noisy all through the night until the sun rise. Also was very hot as the windows only open slightly and being on the second floor during a hot summer made it difficult to sleep. Some fans/AC would really go a long way.

Attitude of the person that called me that I was going to lose my money as the booking day was incorrect. Not my fault as I changed it but communication through bookings.com and property didn’t get it right. I had to purchase another night literally the next day. It was wrong!!

Water wasn’t always hot, it sometimes went very cold in the middle of a shower. Happened in all 3 of the showers

The size was perfect and the location was just where we wanted. It had everything we needed we would stay again loved the roof terrace

The amount of stairs to get up to the apartment.the apartment could do with a little tlc round the windows and blinds not working properly and very dusty also the floor near back door was damaged and the lights werent working. Could do with some seating outside

Lots of stairs to the top , lots of big flys in corridor , no air con and it was +35 degrees, lots of flys in the rooms , shower not working , lots of bits dirty , anyone don’t bother use iron and iron board is dirty and broke and irons is stick to your clothes , none of the little lights working in the showers , sofa bed was broke and we had extra two guests who had to use this , shower wasn’t working in one bathroom ,under one sofa bed it was disgusting how dirty it was Got photos and videos of everything

Tener que recoger las llaves a unos 20 min caminando d este la propiedad y el departamento se encuentra arriba de un Pub que en las noches se escucha a las personas transitar y muy temprano el camión de la basura que recoge los residuos

Check-in alle 7 del pomeriggio considerato come late check-in con richiesta di pagamento di 25£, il tutto gestito telefonicamente incluso il pagamento con un fare incalzante e poco gentile. Ritiro delle chiavi presso un garage a 15minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Avevamo chiesto un lettino per una bambina di 10 mesi, lo troviamo in casa ma era sporco e senza materasso, cuscini, lenzuola o coperte. Il giorno successivo chiediamo di fornircele, ci viene risposto che non avevano ne materasso nè lenzuola, quindi abbiamo dovuto provvedere all'acquisto autonomamente. Casa molto rumorosa con infissi non isolanti.

The location was fantastic, the roof top lounge great especially the bifold doors.

It’s a top floor apartment with no lift, it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or babies. The front door needs some tlc the original lock has been replaced and the door requires a good “slam” to close. The bathroom tiles look a bit “dated” they have developed a mould like look. In the kitchen the floor is very old and loose, and the room says sleeps 6, but only had 4 glasses.

It was difficult to get in the main door from the street to then be greeted by dirty laundry bags that made it difficult to get passed with luggage behind the door. The smell in the communal stairwell smelt of urine. But luckily it didn't continue into the apartment.

We got the penthouse so only fault was all the stairs up to it but thats just because I have bad knees

There is a small in hallway but you can not smell in apartments at all and collection keys from separate location a small pain but easy to do We walked to key collection. (10mins from train station)

What we loved most about this apartment was how effortlessly it combined comfort, style, and practicality. The location was another huge highlight—conveniently situated with easy access to everything you might need, yet still peaceful enough to unwind. It struck a perfect balance between being well-connected and feeling like a quiet retreat. Everything in the apartment was well-maintained and clearly cared for, from the furnishings to the smaller details that made the stay extra comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything worked exactly as it should, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to at the end of the day, and we would happily stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The smell when you went through the front door was awful but once you got into the apartment it was fine really needs sorted

The showers were extremely difficult to moderate temperature & a couple of times we had cold showers & the mattresses in all rooms were extremely hard with all staying not getting much sleep

The apartment was okay on entry it was disgusting dirty bedding everywhere having to walk lots of stairs no lift and the stair ways is just no clean very dirty for what you would expect

Property has got damp wasn’t clean enough like it’s had a quike wipe and mop cupboard doors all rotten balcony not clean either

The location was perfect for all of our sightseeing and entertainment requirements.

We were a party of 6 adults however there was only enough soft seating to seat 4 people comfortably. Cups and glasses were in a high, recessed wall cupboard that could only be reached by climbing on a bar stool and stretching over the full depth of the worktop. Only minor issues which could be easily addressed.

Our stay in Liverpool was wonderful. Accommodation is perfect much better than imagined. Staff were so polite and helpful.

The heating did not work properly all weekend. It always knocked off after half an hour We knew it was stairs with no lift ..but it was al lot of stairs .. 70 steps to our apartment

There is outside noise,but they do state this in advert,but it didnt overly bother us,would say eye plugs if your a light sleeper.

The location was very good, although, as warned, the road was very noisy. Both with traffic and people returning from the nearby Cavern area.

The entrance hall to the apartment was incredibly smelly. We were quite worried about what the apartment would be like as a consequence. However, the apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was perhaps a little cold. The radiators were not on at all whilst we were there. There was plenty hot water though.

Was ok just a bit of a walk from collection of keys to apartment, which was fine for us as we know the city, but maybe not great if you don’t! Also Victoria Street car park opposite was perfect for us to park only £20 for 24 hours. We had 3 bedrooms all en-suite, 3 couples so was perfect, kitchen lounge area good, whole apartment was clean. Was a bit noisy in the early morning re traffic, but you’re in a city so expected. Would use again!

Nothing- it was like a student squat at the end of the year, after they have partied all term- we left within an hour.

we refused to stay here. we walked in, were appalled by the smell of urine in the corridor- check the other reviews, this is not a new issue! the sofa cover had a tear through it, the heating didn’t work in the main living area or one of the bedrooms, the sheets looked freshly laundered but there were old stains on the sheets, the dirt on the windows was so thick you can barely see through, the toilet seat in one bathroom was broken so would neither stay up or go down, the skirting was hanging off with exposed nails, and the sideboards were cracked and the veneer was peeling off- It was so bad, you could not make it up! It was the most unwelcoming place we have ever walked in to. I called to ask if we had been given the wrong apartment because it does not correlate with the pictures on the listing and was told that we could move but it would be a downgrade!!! So we left. This was the day before Christmas Eve so we had to spend 4x to find somewhere on such short notice-

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One. Plenty of space, nice and warm. Clean.

Showers were very poor. Water pressure very weak and temperature changing from boiling to freezing, quite unsafe. If had been staying longer than one night I would have complained but we didn’t have time. Rough around the edges, parts of the kitchen cupboards and drawers were damaged. Shower door difficult to open and close. Single pane windows so was woken by noise from buses right outside bedroom. Imagine would be noisier at weekends.

Property wasn’t ready on check in time and make at desk gave us 2 different reasons why. When it turned out to be none of those reasons and actually that the cleaners were late to the apartment. This disrupted our day and our bookings. Pictures of the property DO NOT match the actual apartment and this is complete false advertisement!

Bottom step getting into the main door is very slippery when wet, also people slipped and really hurt myself the first day. Also people from bus stop sitting and blocking access Apartment not that comfortable, lumpy pillows and only one uncomfortable sofa even though the pictures showed two. We did not get the floor as advertised Not sure if it was a smart tv because the apps never worked. WiFi poor didn’t reach far bedrooms and even next to router gave 1 mb TVs in bedroom are very small. To point never see in bed Short on sockets next to the beds, lamp was just there for decoration. As lead didn’t reach socket The fire alarm went off because the apartment two floors up had left the oven on, fir bridge attended but no answer on emergency number We tried to ring the emergency number and was put through to the voicemail every time so had to put up with the fire box beeping all night. No emergency escape, no instructions on if fire, gave keys from another building and get your self away. Silver fish in showers and old fashioned windows with weights that bang in wine and left draft in, some windows didn’t stay open on didn’t shut fully
