La zona è piena di tossici, ho avuto seri problemi di phishing e spam fraudolenti prima di arrivare in struttura bombardato su whatsapp e su booking, non ho avuto supporto o tutela dalla struttura

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026המיקום מצוין — במרחק של מרחק הליכה של דקות ספורות מכיכר אומוניה ותחנת הרכבת התחתית, מה שהופך את ההתניידות בעיר לקלה ונוחה במיוחד. צוות המלון מקסים, מסביר פנים ונכון לסייע בכל דבר בחיוך ובשמחה. מאוד אהבנו את בית הקפה של המלון, Nina — הקפה מצוין והמאפים פשוט טעימים! בונוס אדיר שהפתיע אותנו לטובה הוא חדר הכושר והסאונה המטורפים, לצד רופטופ מקסים. לסיכום, חוויה מעולה, תמורה נהדרת ומלון שבהחלט נחזור אליו בביקור הבא באתונה!

Esto no es estrictamente del alojamiento. La zona es algo peligrosa, muy cerca de Omonia, entonces nos encontramos a bastantes personas consumiendo droga, tiradas en la calle, peleando entre ellos. Nosotros no anduvimos por la noche, entonces todo bien, pero es algo a tener en cuenta.

At night we could here other guests walking in fornt of the room.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Ermass modern living apartments is echt een perfecte plaats als je wilt verblijven in Athene. Het ligt dichtbij een heleboel bezienswaardigheden (loopafstand) En ook op loopafstand van de metro en een bushalte voor de deur. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam, geïnteresseerd en aardig. Ook zijn ze 24 uur aanwezig. Erg prettig. Onze kamer was niet zo groot, maar van alles voorzien. Koelkast, waterkoker, magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, er waren koffiecups en oploskoffie en vers water. De douche was heerlijk! De kamer en de badkamer waren ontzettend netjes en schoon! Complimenten voor deze aardige dames. Wij waren maar 1 nachtje hier, en we hebben niet gebruik gemaakt van de gym, het dakterras en de overige extra's. Buiten voor de deur waren ook een paar zitjes, en binnen bij de receptie stond de hele dag verse koffie (gratis) en vers water. Bij de receptie konden we op de dag van vertrek onze koffers nog even achterlaten, ook erg prettig.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026A modern, brand-new studio that is exceptionally well-equipped. The hotel features a great rooftop, as well as a spa and gym area. The location is very convenient—it's surrounded by plenty of shops and lovely boutiques branches of stores. It’s also just a few minutes' walk from the train station and about 15 minutes to Monastiraki Square
The only downside is that the immediate neighborhood around the apartment can feel a bit sketchy.

The location is not in a good neighborhood, drug users and prostitutes were all over the place however I didn't feel unsafe but I wouldn't go walking outside at night

Οχλαγωγία στην περιοχή τις βραδινές ώρες!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Very nice rooms and facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to activities such as acropolis and Plaka. It also had a rooftop terrace which was very nice.
Did not research the area beforehand so was told multiple times by taxi drivers to be careful at night time in area. Day time it was fine and we easily walked to and from activities. Unfortunately rooftop did not have a time it would close so we did hear scraping of chairs from 8pm until about 1am. Contacted staff at 2am who were prompt to sort this out.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The room was exactly what we needed for a few nights, bathroom was clean, bed comfy and coffee pods in the kitchen were a bonus. Overall we were pleased with the facilities and friendly staff on the door.
Every floor had a cage full of dirty towels and laundry at the entrance to the lift, this wasn't moved and was there throughout our stay.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Pokój był bardzo czysty, to jeden z najczystszych apartamentów, w jakim byłam. Niezmiernie miła obsługa, chętna do udzielania pomocy i wszelkich wyjaśnień, dobrze władająca językiem angielskim.
Dwa problemy: otoczenie (niestety jest to część miasta z problemami społecznymi różnego rodzaju) oraz trochę za duży hałas z ulicy. Może gdyby założono tłumiące zasłony do ziemi, coś by to pomogło.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Otelin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Exheria ve milli müzeye çok yakın. Otelin hemen yaninda bir otobüs durağı var, yürüme mesafesinde de metro durağı. Çalışanlar oldukça nazikti ve yardimseverdi. Oda içinde ihtiyacınız olan çatal kaşık bıçak türbişon gibi araç gereçler, sıcak su makinesi, Ocak ve kahve makinası vardı. Fiyatına göre oldukca iyi bir yer olduğunu düşünüyorum.
4kisilik oda için yeterince eşya koyacak yer veya masa olmadığını düşünüyorum.

In der Hotel Nähe zufiele Obdachlose bzw.Drogenabhängige.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Tranquilidad, limpieza y el personal, muy amables todos. Estuve sólo una noche, llegaba tarde y solo de paso por Atenas para ir a Hidra, por eso fui por lo mas 'barato', sacrificando comodidad, y al final fue uno de los hoteles mas cómodos en casi 1 mes de dormir en hoteles.
Nada, los comentarios hablaban de zonas peligrosas cerca, drogas, delincuencia, etc... Pero me moví del hotel al metro sin problemas. Tuve que ir dos veces porque dejé mis maletas para ir a conocer algo la ciudad, por lo que estuve en la noche, cuando llegué, en la mañana, cuando salí a conocer y en la tarde, cuando fui por mis maletas, y nunca vi algo 'sospechoso'.
