Absolutely loved my stay here for Notting Hill Carnival! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable, and it honestly felt like the perfect home away from home.

Ήταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση, το δωμάτιο ήτανε αρκετά μεγάλο στα θετικά ότι υπήρχε κουζίνα. Την πρώτη μέρα της διαμονής μας είχε πολλή ζέστη ευτυχώς ο ανεμιστήρας που υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο μας έσωσε.

Κάποια σημεία θα μπορούσαν να ήτανε πιο καθαρά και πιο προσεγμένα. Το συρτάρι στο κομοδίνο ήτανε σπασμένο, η τηλεόραση υπολειτουργούσε. Στο μπάνιο κάποια σημεία θα μπορούσε να ‘ταν λίγο πιο καθαρά.

Comfortable,very small but all you need for a stay.

L’appartamento era veramente spazioso e luminoso nonostante fosse nel seminterrato. Di recente ristrutturazione, molto pulito, con la possibilità di effettuare lavaggio dei vestiti con lavatrice e asciugatrice (per 2 sterline ognuna). Posizione ottima. Host gentilissimi e chiare le informazioni per il self check-in.

2nd time to stay here. Great location and really super easy check in procedure. Great clear communication before and during. Previously stayed in number 10, this time we stayed in number 15.

Room 15 much smaller, and similar to previous is in need of a little TLC, particularly the bathroom and paintwork. The building is older and was MEGA hot and stuffy. A fan was provided but not really effective. Not the buildings fault it’s just the time of year.

Always super clean, plenty of towels, nice light room with lots of windows.

Dining table and chairs slightly tired, but great for the money.

The only thing i will add to this apartment will be a bigger fan! Since the one in the room was small and the weather was hot 🔥 we manage it a little bit with small one but a bigger one could help a lot!

The room was beautiful, updated, and very clean. There was enough cutlery in the kitchen for 2 people. It was very warm when I was there and a small fan was provided. The windows were ground level but there were bars so we could open the windows.

More towels and dish towels need to be provided, a bigger fan is needed, and there needs to be screens on the windows so you can open them without bugs, animals, or leaves coming in.

Sehr kleines Badezimmer

Goede instructies om binnen te komen. De plek...de metro in de buurt (Holland Park)...ophaalservice in de ochtend voor de hop-on/hop- off bus (tegenover het Hilton hotel)...Lidl redelijk in de buurt...Tesco in de buurt..gezellig straatje. Elke avond een vos die de weg over stak naar de tuin tegenover.

Het doucheputje en de wasbak liepen niet goed door. (Appartement nr 5) Daar heb ik melding van gemaakt en hoop dat dat voor de volgende mensen verholpen wordt. Dat de auto niet bij het appartement geparkeerd kan worden. Maar wij hebben een plek zo'n 20 minuten lopen van het appartement gehuurd via zo'n parkeersite. Was goed te doen. Beetje creatief zijn. Er wordt enorm op parkeren gecontroleerd met zo'n speciale auto die geregeld langsrijdt Iets meer handdoeken zou fijn zijn...4 voor 7 dagen is teweinig voor 2 personen. Maar ook daar hebben wij ons uiteindelijk mee gered.

My apartment was the ground floor corner area so noisy traffic on 2 sides and fan provided minimal relief from heat!

Lieu très propre, bon emplacement, cuisine et salle de bain neuves et fonctionnelles. Les serviettes de bain sont douces et propres. Le quartier est très joli.

Le lit est vraiment pas confortable et dans l'appartement il fait assez chaud/humide donc nous tenions la porte d'entrée ouverte en journée.

Molto bello esteriormente lo stabile, Buona posizione vicino alla metropolitana e comoda la presenza dell'angolo cottura la struttura era abbastanza pulita

Per prima cosa ci sono da fare tre rampe di scale scomodissime e strettissime, l'appartamento era in realtà una sauna (non parliamo del bagno cieco praticamente inaccessibile per il caldo), con un caldo mostruoso, si sudava di giorno e di notte (praticamente impossibile dormire), la stanza è dotata di un semplice minuscolo ventilatore; quando abbiamo posto il problema ai proprietari ci è stato risposto che il condizionatore costava €30 a notte (mai vista una cosa simile), per un ritardo di 10 minuti nella consegna delle chiavi (check-out alle 11 riconsegnate alle 11:10) ci sono state fatte tante storie , avevamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli per un'ora FUORI dall'appartamento (sotto nostra responsabilità) e non ci è stato consentito, insomma assoluta mancanza di disponibilità

Unfortunately we stayed during a heatwave and the room was like a sauna. Although a fan was supplied it was inadequate and there was no air conditioning. That said on a usual British weather day I would have no complaints at all

Good room size, overall tidy.

Cleanliness could be better. Long hair in the shower and the floor was sticky in places. Not great. My main issue was the broken iron and flimsy also broken ironing board. In fact, they were useless. Annoying as I did was an amenity I needed. I did send a message though their website asking if they had a fan. Never got response, but they did have one.

Location

The apartment was absolutely filthy. There were cracks in the tiles, mould around the skylights, coffee stains all down the walls, and the floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water. It was absolutely nothing like it looked like in the pictures online. We were offered absolutely no compensation, as they claimed they would come to do a ‘re-clean’ that should have been done properly before the stay. We even had to book alternative accommodation for our second night, as we did not want to stay in a dirty apartment with mould and damp around us. The response from the staff confirmed our feelings even more. I would not recommend it.

Very basic, but spacious and open. The location is great with close proximity to Notting Hill, the tube and beautiful Kensington gardens. The staff was very responsive to questions when we needed help.

The entryway is dark with dark carpeting and humid. The bathroom is tiny and very warm at all times. The shower is small and there is barely room to turn around in it.

Washing machine would have been good

It was smaller than the pictures on booking.com but sufficient for one person. It was particularly hot in London that week and was grateful there was a fan. Location was good near to central line so easy to get around. The facilities were very good, and a Tesco close by. Just to note from reviews I read that it is not closest to Shepherd’s Bush but actually closer to Holland Park tube station which is about a 6 minute walk up the road. It was in a good location and everything was to a very good standard.

The apartment was a bit smaller than expected. There is also no lift so you need to be fit with walking up stairs. I was on the 3rd floor.

Brilliant location, great apartment, very clean and has all the facilities I needed. Well maintained, and spacious and airy. Yes it was hot, but fan was provided and windows opened. Bathroom clean, kitchen brilliant, and love the location.

We were afraid we got scammed after reading so many bad reviews. I really don’t understand what people complain about. We got exactly what was promised. The room looked exactly like the photos. The bed was 135cm, which we thought would be small for two not exactly petite adults. It was perfectly fine for us both. We had room 14 and the bed isn’t stiff as some say. It’s not very soft, but we definitely didn’t have problems sleeping. Maybe it should be noted that neither of us have problems with medium-hard mattresses. I noticed the bathroom was listed as “luxurious”, but didn’t have photos. It’s not luxurious, it’s a normal pleasant looking bathroom. Overall, we got just what we needed, which was perfect. Perfectly located between very close underground stations and bus stops. Will definitely consider coming back during our next London trip

No elevator. I wish I knew before booking as we both have some knee issues. It says top floors aren’t accessible with elevator. Truth is no floor is accessible with elevator, as there is none. I didn’t understand that. Maybe I’m stupid for not understanding this, I don’t know.

Walls were dirty , smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room had a very foisty smell, window above bed appeared cracked

La ubicacion y el facil acceso. Tiene todo para estar unos dias. Lo malo nos pillo la ola de calor y el ventilador que dan es bastante pequeño y tenia mucho polvo.

La limpieza podria haber estado mejor, una de las mesas estaba pegajosa y el ventilador tenia polvo. Algunos de los muebles se les veia viejos/ desgastados, alguna ventana no se mantenia arriba. Para el precio podria estar mejor.

We arrived at the apartment, and to our surprise the place was dirty, with mould and stains all over the bathroom. On top of this it was over 40 degrees Celsius, and had no ventilation in any sense. The heat was humanly unbearable and my partner fainted. We left almost immediately and made the host aware that we left and wanted a refund. But till this day they’ve been horrible and rejected our refund. Stay away!

We were on the top floor and I am. Sure during cooler weather it maybe nice, but it was during a hot period and the room was like an oven with no airflow in the room even with the windows open. We went and brought a desk fan to try and keep cool, but it still wasn't enough, so we only stayed for one night and booked into another hotel with AC, as we felt I'll and were dehydrated. I would suggest the property invest in ceiling fans or at least a free standing fan.

I like where the property is located and the city view from that apartment.

I don’t like the decor and the bathroom. The look of the apartment was outdated in comparison with other consort apartments I had a chance to stay in the past.

Awesome location: close to the pubblic transport (both metro and bus stop). Very nice neighbourhood (pretty residential and very close to the nice streets of Notting Hill). Very easy to access: self check in at any time. Clean and nice apartment: cozy one room apartment + one small private bathroom. Confy bed and availability of coffee and tea in the room. There is all the necessary also to cook and use the kitchen if needed, for longer stays.

Right on the main street so It can be a Little noisy (you can hear the Cars passing by)

Posizione tranquilla, comoda ai mezzi, in quartiere residenziale. Appartamento piccolo ma ben attrezzato per un breve soggiorno con angolo cottura. Il sistema di self check-in ben organizzato per potersi organizzare con tranquillità.

Mancanza dell’ascensore, impossibile chiedere un piano basso per cui è inaccessibile a persone con problemi di salute o con bimbi piccoli. No aria condizionata, solo un piccolo ventilatore del tutto insufficiente per rinfrescare l’intera stanza, soprattutto se mansardata.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del metro y de varias paradas de autobús, lo que facilita muchísimo el desplazamiento a los puntos turísticos más importantes de la ciudad. Está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y tranquila. Tiene varios supermercados y restaurantes a pocos minutos caminando.

No pudimos abrir las ventanas, lo que hacía que en el apartamento hiciera bastante calor.

Leider haben wir im Mai die Hitzewelle erwischt und hatten das kleinste Apartment direkt unter dem Dach. Dadurch, dass es ein sehr altes Haus ist, gibt es keine Dämmung. Je weiter wir nach oben gekommen sind, desto heißer wurde es. Im Apartment waren es dann über 30 Grad. Trotz 24 stündigem Lüften und dem Einsatz des Ventilators hat sich nichts getan. Natürlich war es nachts draußen auch dermaßen laut, dass wir andauernd aufgewacht sind (wenn wir trotz Hitze mal eingeschlafen sind). Wir haben bei der Unterkunft nachgefragt, ob wir das Zimmer tauschen könnten, weil es unmöglich war, dort zu bleiben. Das haben sie leider verneint. Nach längerer Diskussion hat die Mitarbeiterin uns auf ein noch kleineres Apartment in einem anderen Komplex verwiesen, das wir aber auch noch zusätzlich hätten zahlen sollen. Sie haben uns angeboten, eine mobile Klimaanlage einer Firma bereitzustellen, die uns aber auch mehrere Pounds gekostet hätte. Nicht mal diese Kosten würden sie übernehmen. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen auszuziehen und haben um eine Teilrückerstattung gebeten. Die Unterkunft hat dem nicht stattgegeben und wir haben keinen Cent erstattet bekommen. Dank der Kulanz von Booking haben wir ein Guthaben gutgeschrieben bekommen. Selbst die Verhandlungen von Booking mit der Unterkunft blieben erfolglos. Durch diese ganzen Diskussionen und das Umziehen in eine neue Unterkunft haben wir 1,5 Tage unseres Trips verloren, was sehr schade ist. Natürlich kann niemand etwas dafür, dass es dermaßen heiß ist, aber ich finde, man kann sich dennoch auf einen Mittelweg einigen. Zu sagen "Sie sind ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs" als Begründung, warum man nicht in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen kann oder eine Teilrückerstattung bekommt, ist für mich keine fundierte Argumentation. Man kann dort dann einfach gar nicht zur Ruhe kommen, selbst in der Nacht.

The instructions getting in was excellent and the youtube video was very clear. The size of the room for the part of London and price was very good value. It would have been great if there was an armchair or 2 seater sofa. The bathroom was old and tired but clean. All in all I'll stay again.

The layout of the room I have was not great but understand that there are many different layouts so ... luck of the draw! Due to the great location, also came the disadvantage of the nearness to roads so the noise of the city must be accepted.

My room was on the ground floor, it was bright but the noise from the street was quite overwhelming. No sockets next to the bed. Poorly designed space, sometimes impractical - like the doors of a tiny kitchenette wouldn’t stay open - bringing food/drinks in and out is quite an acrobatic exercise.

I stayed in Flat 17. It was completely different from the pictures shown during booking; there were no windows at all, the bed was way too narrow for two people, and there wasn’t even enough space to leave our suitcases open to look for our things. The worst part was the severe mold smell, and since there was no window, we had to keep the entrance door open the whole time. At night, the sound of the subway passing by was incredibly loud. Moreover, the noise from the main iron gate where people come and go, as well as the footsteps, door slamming, and talking from the unit opposite us made it feel like I was sleeping outdoors.

La cama ,muy dura ,necesitaría un cambio de colchón . Mucho ruido ,entra por las ventanas ,deberían restaurarlas o cambiarlas, No tiene aire acondicionado,solo tenía un ventilador que para dormir es insuficiente y hace ruido . Si mejoraran estas cosas sería ideal

Clean and good location close to public transit

It’s in a great location, with everything close by. You can hear the metro a little, but it didn’t bother us at all. It was perfect for 3 nights and great value for money. The room was spacious, bright, and beautiful, with a comfortable bed, and the kitchen area was fully equipped 🤌 Compared to the small rooms you usually get in London, this one was very spacious. The bathroom was a bit small though — I wouldn’t recommend it for bigger people 😁 but for us it was completely fine. We would happily stay here again.

El apartamento estaba en una zona muy agradable, el barrio precioso y con parada de metro muy cerca, lo que hacía muy fácil poder ir al centro, además de contar con varios supermercados alrededor. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo básico para la estancia, además de ser bastante luminoso. Volvería a quedarme sin problema. :)

Muy buena ubicación

Muchísimo calor, fuimos en mayo e hizo mucho calor y no hay aire acondicionado y en el baño apenas podías estar del calor que hacía, no había bolsas de basura.

Hałas z ulicy (duży ruch tuż przy oknie, klaksony, pojazdy na sygnale - zupełnie nieszczelne okna!), hałas z metra pod budynkiem, akustyczny strop - hałas z piętra powyżej. Apartament na parterze - brak możliwości zostawienia otwartego okna - gorąco i duszno. Brak rozwiązania problemu przez obsługę - reakcją na zgłoszenie problemu hałasu tylko puste zapewnienia o trosce bez jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania, problem hałasu jest znany obsłudze (starsze komentarze) a pomimo to oferują wynajem apartamentu nie ostrzegając klientów! Losowy przydział apartamentu - oferta zawiera zdjęcia z kilku pokoi!!! Do dnia przyjazdu nie wiesz co kupiłeś :-(

La struttura si presenta in una posizione ottima e sicura. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono due fermate della metro e, letteralmente a due passi dalla struttura, la fermata dell’autobus (fantastico il bus 94 e il 148). L’appartamento è confortevole, pulito, attrezzato, adatto per due persone.

La zona è un po’ rumorosa del traffico, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, e della metro, ma su questo non do la colpa alla struttura in quanto non può farci nulla. Una nota negativa è il check in alle ore 15:00 e senza la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Inoltre, il letto era un po’ rumoroso e il soffione della doccia era da sostituire perché tutto incrostato e usurato.

L'appartement est bien conçu, même si il est petit. C'est suffisant pour un court séjour. Il y avait des capsules de café, thé et sucre. L'appartement est neuf et d'une propreté impeccable

Il n'est pas bien insonorisé : bruit du train et du voisin au dessus. Salle de douche petite (pas adaptée pour les grands gabarits).

Location to transport and a beautiful area to be in. Kitchen area was fab.

I am 61 and the futon bed was a bit too low for me. A warning before my stay would have helped.

Skvělá lokalita, plno obchůdků, restaurací, kaváren…. cca 10 minut od metra, dvě minuty od autobusové zastávky. Ubytování bylo čisté, dostatečně velká místnost, maličká koupelna, ale naprosto dostačující. Velká šatní skříň s ramínky.

Hodně malá postel, bylo to spíš takové větší jednolůžko, ale matrace pohodlná. Ubytování má kuchyňku s varnou deskou, ale doporučovala bych obměnit kuchyňské nádobí, všechny nože tupé a poškrábané, nešla tím nakrájet ani zelenina, jedna úplně poškrábaná pánev a to samé hrnec, mastné, poškrábané plastové prkýnko (to je za mě už dost nehygienické). Je to škoda, když už je kuchyňka k dispozici, z důvodu nedostatečného nádobí jsme ji nakonec využili jen jednou na snídani, ale měli jsme v plánu ji využívat alespoň na snídaně pravidelně.
