West Hampstead Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments

Even though the apartment is small, it has everything you need and was very clean. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the station and on the Jubilee line, which made getting around London very easy.

The only issue we had was that, because the apartment is quite small, the fridge heated up the whole space and it became quite warm. Since the window could only be opened slightly, it was also difficult to properly ventilate the room.

Immaculately clean, good kitchen facilities, good shower and nice soap, private, excellent location

Bed was not comfortable, and room was missing a full length mirror. Whilst the weather was unusually warm at 18-20 degrees at night, this compounded the uncomfortable sleep as there was no air conditioning. The window has restricted opening to some 6 inches.

Instructions re front door code seemed a little bit complicated and took some deciphering. Room itself very clean, bathroom is tiny - not sure how suitable it would be for anyone above average height/size but was perfect for what we needed.

The accomodation is located just across the street from West Hampstead station, which is a big plus since the commute to central London is fairly quick. The room was small but comfortable, all appliances were working fine. The area around the property is safe and offers plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from!

I couldn’t work the A/C in the room, which seemed inoperative, although a fan was provided. Most of all, I’d appreciate the towels and linens to be changed more frequently than once a week (owner provided with new sets right away, but we had to ask). Also, there’s a single towel provided per person, which should be upgraded to two.

Only thing I would recommend is to get maybe a higher up mattress as the Bed a bit small for 2 and a little uncomfortable trying to get out of as the mattress was too low and therefore frames around the mattress were hard when trying to climb out of bed

The location of the apartment was great and ideal as we wanted to be close to Kilburn. It was very near West Hampstead tube which was a bonus. Check-in was easy with clear instructions provided. The apartment itself was very modern, clean and comfortable, although quite compact. The weather was quite warm so we were pleased to have a fan. The apartment was quite well equipped although it would have been nice to have a chopping board and a bread knife. Apart from that, everything was fine and we would certainly recommend it and stay there again ourselves.

La posizione molto comoda con due linee della metro vicine. La pulizia impeccabile e la disponibilità del gestore degli appartamenti sempre pronto a rispondere. La camera corrispondeva alle foto, c’era tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

La stanza un po’ calda, abbiamo usato il ventilatore che era a disposizione avendo solo una finestra non circolava aria.

Great location next to both the underground and the train station and bus stops. Decent amount of space in the kitchen area and the kitchen was well laid out with all the mod cons. Very clean.

NO AIR CON. We sadly had the room on the hottest week of the year and the temperature in the room was 45 degrees. We were unable to sleep and were left a small fan to plug in that did absolutely nothing (we had to buy another one). It was so hot we felt unwell the whole time we were there. I have never been that hot in a hotel/apartment anywhere in the world. You are not told till after booking/paying, that there are no lifts, so not elderly, disability or heavy luggage friendly and no left luggage. The bathroom was a cupboard, with absolutely ZERO room to move, had to leave the door open the whole time using it so we could actually navigate from toilet to sink to shower. And the rooms do NOT look like the photos, the majority of the images are the larger rooms on the top floor, not the standard rooms. And the couple of images on there of the standard rooms have been cleverly angled. The rooms do not contain half of what is in the photos. Pillows were paper thin and no cushions.

On the positive side, the location of the apartments is excellent, with an Underground station, bus stop and railway station all nearby.

The bed was too narrow and uncomfortable for two people, and it also creaked. There were large gaps around the door, allowing light from the hallway to shine through, and the soundproofing was very poor – we could hear everything outside. There were short black hairs left on the bathroom floor. As it was a very hot day, it was almost impossible to spend time in the room, let alone sleep. The small fan barely circulated any air, and there was no air conditioning. Knowing this, I had specifically asked in advance for a room that was not on the top floor, but the host did not take my request into account. There was also no safe in the room.

the location was amazing - super easy to access wembley stadium for our show with many pubs/resturants/bars nearby and West Hampstead underground literally 2mins away. also a 24/7 shop pretty much next door. good and clean room with a nice shower and kitchen. good tvs also. worth the price when compared to the other offers in the area :) design was lovely, great lighting and nice quality decor. would stay again (not in a heatwave tho lol)

no windows, didn’t expect to only have a door to open. couldn’t leave it open overnight and with no aircon it got hot very very quickly. a second fan maybe could have helped due to the heatwave however the room was literally like an oven. wi-fi was very bad and due to being in the basement the signal was very low. bed was also super loud. i understand with it being cheaper than the other accommodation in the area there will be some flaws.

The kitchen had all the appliances as well as tea, coffee, milk. It was clean and well maintained. Good bargain if the weather outside is on the cooler side

There was AC in the room and it got pretty warm inside. Had to sleep with an open the window (facing main street) and working fan the entire night. Should have packed some noise cancelling headphones for the night though

We loved the location. The apartment is on the main road so we had lots of eateries, shops and bars on our doorstep. Excellent for commuting anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was small but well equipped and had a comfortable bed.

No mirror in the living area, only the bathroom.

Les fenêtres sont bloquées inutilement trop bas, rendant le studio invivable avec la chaleur. Remonter de 10 cm ne permettrait à personne de tomber au travers, mais améliorerait grandement le confort. Sinon c'était parfait.

Unfortunately they were incredibly hot and the windows didn't really allow the room to cool very much with a noisy street below. Only a fan provided but desperately needs air con. Would be great in the cooler months. The table and chairs provided were falling apart from previous guests.

Concept Apartments are very reliable & their apartments are always great quality & conveniently situated. This flat was modern, exceptionally clean & felt secure. The flat was on the top floor so there was a skylight on the landing & also one directly above the comfy double bed. The ability to ventilate the apartment with the in-room skylight, then opening the windows & using the supplied (powerful) fan were life-savers during the current heatwave. The bathroom was compact but functional & very clean. Towels, toilet rolls & toiletries are all included. There's a double wardrobe with drawers & space under the bed to keep your case, once you have un-packed. We didn't need to use the induction hub as constantly ate out. There is a launderette in the basement, if needed, but we didn't go down to see this. If you have any queries / need help before or during your stay, the company are very responsive & helpful. The flat was on the main high street, very close to several 24/7 convenience stores. It is about a 2 minute walk to the tube & (separate) Overground stations so brilliantly located. Safe & secure remote checking in process.

We were aware that there were stairs up to the apartment - turned out to be 60 of them so be mindful if you have mobility issues.

Location was great! Nice little high street with plenty of bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment was superb. Nice having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Shower worked great and provided shampoo and showergel. Good having hairdryer, iron, ironing board and fan in the room.

How hot the room was but we were in the middle of a heatwave.

Place was clean..eady to park on Weekend ..i parked outsude the main door...which was very great fir me. Lot of eatery places. Mattress was comfortable.

The Shower cubile needs to be ONE FOOT bigger... TOO SMALL There was no room to move in the shower. The electtic cooker was NOT WORKING !! Would be great to have powdered milk packets for tra & coffee 2 more pillows would be great.

Our stay at this property was less of a holiday and more of a desperate, sweat-drenched test of human endurance. Upon entering the apartment, it became immediately clear that the building possessed a curse, it functions as a thermal storage heater. As night fell and the outside air cooled, the apartment actively began radiating intense daytime heat inward, steadily transforming the room into the Devil’s armpit. Even after midnight the temperature stayed above 30°C Attempting to sleep in the bed was physically impossible. We were faced with a cruel, psychological dilemma, leave the windows open to catch a non-existent breeze, or close the blinds to shut out the world. Choosing airflow meant sacrificing all sanity. With the blinds up and windows open, our bedroom became a front-row seat to a chaotic city disco. The main road outside roared with relentless noise, while the headlights of passing cars flashed across the ceiling like strobe lights in a nightclub. Lowering the blinds was not an option, as they acted as a solid barrier, choking off what little suffocating air remained. Defeated, exhausted, and dripping with sweat, we were reduced to sleeping directly on the floorboards just to cope. By midnight, realizing our health and well-being were in genuine jeopardy ahead of a major weekend event, I took emergency action. I logged on in the dead of night, dropped hard-earned money on a duplicate booking elsewhere, and we evacuated this unlivable furnace early the next morning. A deep dive into the historical archives (the review section) reveals that management has possessed explicit knowledge of this recurring summer horror story since 2023, yet they continue to market it without warning. If you value your sleep, your sanity, or your basic core body temperature, avoid this place at all costs. 1 star.

Perfect location, modern decor and very clean. Right by underground. Quiet location but walking distance of plenty of food and drink.

Not the best option in the hot summer as room was very hot, even with a small fan provided. And with windows open, it is quite noisy being on a busy road.

Ottima posizione. Metro jubillee a 2 min a piedi (inoltre anche thameslink e overground). Appartamento carino e pulito. Considerare che l'appartamento che avevo io è molto piccolo quindi secondo me può essere comodo solo per soggiorni molto molto brevi. Dimensioni camera corrispondenti a quelle presenti nella descrizione.

In estate purtroppo l'appartamento risulta molto caldo e per questo si è costretti a tenere la finestra sempre aperta non limitando così i rumori esterni. Bago molto piccolo/stretto.

The room was perfekt, nice bed, kitchen and more space than usual in London for that price! Also the bathroom was tidy and modern.

Its really load which is not a dealbreaker for me personally, but maybe think of taking your earplugs with you! What's a real problem is the unbearable heat and it is not possible to open the window fully. So you are forced to stay in a hot Box without fresh ear. If you take a shower....plan carefully. Otherwise it's humid, too. The fan was not very helpful.

It was hot outside and the apartment was like an oven, I wouldn't come in summer or in hot weather conditions. The fan was not enough, the window could not be opened properly and it was hard to stay in the apartment even at night. They offered an expensive AC rental.

Everything was great; however, the window should be able to open fully instead of only about 10 cm.

Sembrava di stare in un forno, non c'è aria condizionata ed è una mansarda, le finestre si possono aprire ma pochissimo e c'è un ventilatore in dotazione che è davvero piccolo (da tavolino). Abbiamo patito davvero tanto il caldo, non abbiamo dormito 1 ora.

spokojeni jsme byli hlavně s vybavením apartmánu - sklenice, talíře, kávovar, hrnce, vše pro případnou přípravu jídla opravdu jsme byli nadšeni z lokace - apartmán v těsné blízkosti metra, nadzemky i vlaku apt. vybané ručníky, mýdlem, prostě vším co je k pobytu potřeba a nemusíte vozit s sebou

poměrně úzká postel o víkendu dosti hlučná ulice trochu nám chyběla klimatizace, ale zvládlo se to :)

It was very hot in London when we stayed and no air conditioning, only a small fan and a window that doesn’t fully open so the room did get quite hot and stuffy.

Location is great also super clean.

Noise from the street was imposible to ignore. Windows are too thin for noise cancelling.

Everything was as advertised. I got the entry details before check-in time, so there was no issue getting in. The studio was small, but had everything I needed and was very close to West Hampstead Station. I requested an off-street room and was accommodated. I didn't hear any street noise or other guests, but the fridge is pretty loud. There was a fan in the wardrobe-- much appreciated when the weather warmed up. It is a walk up, so anyone with mobility issues should keep that in mind. It was perfect for myself, but if I hadn't been travelling alone, I would probably have found it a bit cramped for anything more than sleeping.

The refrigerator noise was my only complaint, but the fan mostly drowned it out.

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era pulitissima! Dotata di tutto quanto minimamente necessario per cucinare, fuochi elettrici e forno a micronde. Tutto in perfette condizioni. Presente anche bollitore e macchina per il caffè con bustine di tè, caffè solubile e cialde. Fermata dell'underground, dell'overground e della National railway a pochissimi passi. Il centro di Londra si raggiunge in 25/30 minuti massimo. Direi ottimo soggiorno

Skvělá lokalita hned vedle over/underground na trase do centra (Jubilee line), malý obchůdek, restaurace, bary, kavárny. Apartmán (číslo 2) malý, ale útulný, a velmi čistý. Super rychlý a jasný self check-in. Dobra cena vzhledem k poloze. Apartmán velmi dobře vybaven - větrák, fén, žehlička, prkno na žehlení, kuchyňské potřeby dostačující, malé šampony a gely jako bonus :)

Postel 140 cm pro dva (a to jsme dvě docela normální holky) s jednou peřinou a s ultra měkkou matraci byla katastrofa. Musim říct, že po celém dnu chození jsem se na relax moc netěšila kvůli té posteli. V ložnici není okno, a tudíž to může vzbuzovat trochu klaustrofobicke pocity, a velmi těžko se byt větrá, v noci prakticky nemožné pokud nechcete spát s otevřenými dveřmi do dvorku, které jsou (jako jediné) v kuchyni. Pri rekonstrukci pravděpodobně zapomněli na zvukovou izolaci, protože jde opravdu vše slyšet. Hluk z ulice ale slyšet neni, jelikož je byt situován do dvorku. Byly jsme zde v poměrně chladném týdnu a i tak bylo teplo, takže v létě to tu musí být asi velmi horké.

Excellent location. The design is tastefully minimalist. Shower was great.

We were on floor 2 and it was unbearably hot. Only one small fan was provided which was not sufficient for two people. I would hesitate to book in the warmer months unless better, larger fans were provided.

I had to search round for the stove power point. It was located on a top cupboard and really hard to reach, impossible for anyone who wasn't tall.

zona ben collegata, appartamento carino a due passi da supermercato e metro, ci sono anche pub e locali, il nostro appartamento era nel seminterrato ed era particolarmente silenzioso quindi ottimo. Abbiamo gradito la presenza della macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde. Per 6 giorni è stato un prezzo super conveniente.

La presenza purtroppo di alcune formiche sia sul piano cottura che vicino la porta che portava alla parte fuori del seminterrato. I primi due giorni sono stati snervanti per questo, inizialmente ci hanno spruzzato uno spray anti formiche ma purtroppo il problema era la presenza di un formicaio non si sa dove che quindi non ha risolto il problema,poi dopo aver di nuovo contattato l’host fortunatamente il giorno dopo ci hanno risolto il problema e non c’era più nulla. Il letto molto piccolo ad una piazza e mezza per due persone, però alla fine ci si abitua. Potevano metterci una scopa più grande per spazzare per terra.

Fenster bieten wenig Schallschutz, können aber gleichzeitig nicht genügend geöffnet werden um die Hitze und Feuchtigkeit aus dem Appartement zu lüften, daher beginnt es schnell etwas abgestanden zu riechen. Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng.
