Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences

location was perfect close to restaurants/shops aswell as the view a shame there was no balcony, room nice and spacious aswell as bathroom and staff service was helpful.

there was no balcony with the room i had ordered everything else was alright. and aslo the pool and sauna / spa was out of order during our stay and was not mentioned prior booking.

Tudo Acomodação perfeita, quarto completo, confortável, atenção dos funcionários

Gostamos de tudo

Always a great stay here, great pool and spa and friendly staff.

Could do with pool towels.

Very nice, clean and good spot right by everything Had the best view and time

Liked everything

Very good rooms. Lounge area, mini kitchen, lounge very large, comfortable bed

Nothing

Amazing views clean hotel great spa amenities

Courteous and efficient staff. Great location. Competeive price

N/A

Quiet room with a view as requested. Comfortable bed. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Nice temperature.

Had to climb on a chair to reach plates. Microwave didn't work, unable to work oven without help! Shower over bath a bit tricky for us older folk. Pity there is no restaurant.

Everything very good!

The view.

great pool, facilities and location

Everything is amazing. From the time we check in till we check out

Nothing

Great hotel in central Auckland, spacious rooms, clean, spa facilities available

A second towel for the sauna/swimming pool would be nice

Cleanliness, close proximity to restaurants and stores. Pool and gymnasium clean

Nothing relative to the property, but not having a restaurant connected to the hotel for buffet breakfast options

Location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the apartment.

The only fault was that the apartment didn’t have a balcony.

The location is perfect right in the heart of the CBD

How stuffy the room was for end of august when it should be cold ended up with the aircon on 24/7

Love the location & the amenities!

Showers seemed to go hot & cold which wasn’t nice

Breathtaking views of the city and harbour (we awoke to a fog covered city one morning and the next, bright blue skies and sun. The room was cozy and felt like home. Everything super clean and tidy, and all the amenities you could want on a stay away from home.

I don’t have even a single bad thing to say about the property

Great swimming pool and sauna, spacious apartment with good views from several rooms, comfy beds. Very clean.well maintained.

Could do with more kitchen items e.g. mid sized pan, tray and a colander.

Everything! The apartment was super spacious with fantastic views, huge towels and great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, full kitchen. It was a wonderful stay. Very handy to everything in town and awesome to be beside the park. Huge shout out to the honesty of the housekeeping staff, I left a valuable ring on the bedside table and they took it directly to reception who called me immediately. Thank you so much!

Nothing, it was great.

Very efficient & friendly staff

Location

Rien!

Location was awesome.

Nothing.

Clean, spacious & has everything you need. Location.

Great location Very comfortable Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay in Auckland

Nothing

24hr check in and gym/pool/sauna open until 11pm - great for business travellers!

The view was great and so was customer service

Central location, safe carpark, good gym

Furniture could do with an upgrade in apartments

Great location

We had to pay for parking it would of been nice it that was stated before we booked

Great rooms and equipments in a spacious apartment. The location is perfect for city sightseeing and shopping.

Location, Accommodation Spacious and Clean, Facilities Great, Staff Helpful

Cant think of anything

Lots of space, light and sunny, good location

Apartament jest piękny. Czysty, przestronny, bardzo komfortowy, wygodne łóżka, w środku CBD, blisko do wszystkiego. Jest pralka, suszarka, w łazienkach początkowe zestawy kosmetyków do mycia. Jest parking na miejscu podziemny, płatny. Wszystko nam się podobało.

location and staff both great

upgrade/modernize treadmills

All of the above

All good

Great service. Good view. Great water pressure Second time staying here and we will be back again :)

Spacious

Facilities and spacious The parking was confusing

Had Harbour View 1br suite, which was very nice despite not having much of a harbour view. The kitchen was a little underwhelming, not enough counter space to cook anything, and the swimming pool was out of order, but in general it was great.

They only give you two coffee machine capsules a day

Size of the suite and location

Staff at check-in. Impolite

Liked that it was fully self-contained. Good beds, spacious.

Location and facilities. Staff are always friendly and helpful

the room gym and pool were excellent. The location was convenient.

the view from the room was non-existent, not a big deal for this stay but would be a concern for a longer stay. the TV had no sport channels.

Everything was amazing!! The staff, the amenities, the cleanliness, the location!!

There was a weird screeching noise during the night time due to two little holes in the sliding door, however, my partner quickly figured it out and put tissues to fill in the whistle from the wind and it worked fine!! Just some feedback for you guys otherwise no problems at all!
