Rooms are new and well-designed, though some guests found the mattress hard.

Apartments/residences described as well equipped, exceeding expectations and feeling like a 'home away from home'; views sometimes not private but overall room quality is highly praised.

Spacious rooms with great private bathrooms.

Specific sentiment from text, or 'Standard quality for this hotel tier' if not mentioned.

Some cleanliness issues mentioned, particularly in room quality.

Generally reported as clean (multiple guests mention 'pulito' and 'impeccable' room/facilities) but isolated reports of insects at night and concerns about sanitization lower the score slightly.

The property is well-maintained with daily cleaning available.

Prime location, especially noted for beach access and views.

Multiple guests call the location ideal/convenient and note nearby shops; one mention that shore is not suitable for snorkeling but overall location is highly rated.

Quiet and secluded, yet close to Grand Bay.

Exceptional attention from staff and personalized services highlighted.

Staff and hosts repeatedly described as kind, professional and friendly (host very gentle, concierge and housekeeping praised); however one serious negative about the manager's handling of a valet incident is noted but does not outweigh broadly positive service comments.

Guests received a warm welcome from owners and management.

Good food quality overall, but specific complaints on room service.

Food is frequently called delicious and breakfasts good, but there are reports of weekend drops in quality (one guest reported food poisoning), limited Arabic options, and some drinks/cocktails needing improvement.

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

High-quality amenities including free activities and spa services.

Strong amenities noted (heated pool, good parking, shops, restaurants) though some issues: spa styling is expensive, snorkelling not ideal from shore and some restaurant timing/availability complaints.

Fantastic private pool and beach access.

Some guests felt it did not meet expectations compared to the price.

Many positive aspects but recurring complaints about costly laundry service and pricey spa treatments reduce perceived value for some guests.

Although priced high, the quality justifies it.
