Tatsächlich etwas versteckter, was aber sehr gut ist und in direkter Nachbarschaft Supermärkte und Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst macht auch einen hochwertigen Eindruck.

Zimmergröße ist eher die für Japan übliche kleinere Variante, aber es beinhaltet alles was man benötigt.

A localização é otima. O pessoal da recepção foram muito solícitos e educados.

房間相對大 有洗脫烘衣機、洗衣精、電磁爐和微波爐 有附簡單鍋子，廁所外面還有再一個水槽，方便。

冰箱不冰，牛奶好像壞掉了 細節灰塵蠻多的，需要自己稍微清潔

Washing machine. Walking distance to Ginza . Closed to station. For people going to the Tokyo international cruise, a nearby train line goes direct so it’s super convenient. Free coffee/hot chocolate drinks.

Logement bien située à côté de 2 station de métro/train, malgré que la chambre était petite on s'y est senti bien. Nous avons apprécié l'accès en libre service du coin de la fontaine a eau avec la machine a café/thé + les accessoires de toilettes. La chambre était propre et les passages du ménages pour changée nos serviettes et vidée nos poubelles ont été agréable. Juste en face vous avez un quartier bien garnie en restaurant.

Le bruit du métro peu être embêtant pour les sensibles du bruit (ce n'est pas notre cas)

Close to Shimbashi train station, short walk away and not too chaotic with luggage. Great area with a lot of izakayas if you need a bite to eat late at night.

地點絕佳，緊鄰新橋站跟利木津巴士；房間洗衣機非常便利，即使不烘衣，晾在浴室的夏衣也可以一晚就乾；櫃台人員友善親切；附近相當多美食；在市區能有這樣的價格非常划算！

附近是上班族聚會處、夜生活比較複雜。

台風で飛行機が欠航となったが、返金等の対応していただきました。チェックインも遅い時間まで対応しており、旅行を楽しむことができました。

タオル、バスローブ入れる袋？（ドアノブにかけるらしい）が見当たらなかったので自分で用意が必要なのかなと感じた（私が話を聞いてなかっただけであれば申し訳ありません）。

住宿地點很方便。美中不足的是經常會被電車吵到。

1. 交通算方便，但是電車軌道就在不遠處，經常被經過的電車吵醒。2.地毯有跳蚤，一直被跳蚤咬，確定不是蚊子咬，因為只叮我的小腿以下。3. 7.19早上10點，1樓的女性服務員，態度一副愛理不理的樣子，有點傲慢，令人很不舒服。

This hotel offers a luggage service from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we landed in Haneda, we dropped off our luggage and it was delivered. I had even mistakenly put the wrong Tokyu Stay location in the booking, and the hotel called the delivery service to correct my error and make sure it was sent to the right location. That’s beyond great hospitality and accommodation in my opinion and gave me a great first impression of the hotel. They provide pyjamas and all skincare amenities I needed, and both the bed and pillows were so comfortable! I’m already looking for those pillows to buy to bring home. The in-room laundry was unbeatable and I can’t imagine booking without one now. The hotel was in a great location about a 5 minute walk to Shimbashi station, and a 15 minute walk to Ginza. The staff at the hotel were lovely and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. They also helped us with forwarding our luggage to our following hotel. It was our first ever time visiting Japan, and choosing Tokyu Stay as our first hotel made the beginning of our trip seamless.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The room was compact but very well designed and had everything I needed to be comfortable and work efficiently. Having a washing machine and microwave in the room was a huge bonus, and it was well equipped for both short and longer stays. The location was excellent. It was very convenient for getting to work, and in the evenings there was a fantastic choice of restaurants within easy walking distance, making it easy to find somewhere great to eat.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is adding a little more hanging space in the room. I stayed for over a week and had several outfits to hang, so some additional wardrobe space would have made the room even more practical for longer stays.

Good location, laundry in the room, rooms were not small

They only made the beds on days they changed the sheets (every 4th day), which is really strange to me, I've stayed in so many hotels in Japan and it's the first time I ever saw this. The trains were quite loud, I don't mind but my partner couldn't sleep well because of it. Room could have been cleaner in general.

Very clean modern hotel in an amazing location, easy access to all main attractions in Tokyo.

It did get a bit loud at times in the night with the main road and trains right by the hotel.

View from the room window was nice and it felt less stuffy as you can open the window to some extent. Functionally the room is good, has the right stuffs, except there is no full kitchenate.

There should be a bigger room option for families instead of taking two rooms. Location is good, in terms of connectivity, except not all locations were convinient to access and some of the entrance/exit, closes at night so you have to walk more.

We really enjoyed how convenient the location was, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, which made getting around Tokyo and travelling to Haneda Airport very easy. Having stayed in Japan before, this area stood out as an excellent base thanks to its strong transport links across the city and direct airport access. The shower pressure was excellent and made for a very comfortable stay. The room itself was great value for money, and small thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee in the reception area added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a practical and well-priced option in a really useful part of Tokyo.

On the less positive side, the proximity to the JR lines does mean there is noticeable train noise, including from the nearby bridge, which continues through the night. We found it quite disruptive at times and needed to run the humidifier on a high setting to help mask the sound while sleeping. The bedding was also not ideal. The duvet covers felt low quality and tended to slip off the bed easily, which made for a less comfortable sleep experience. Housekeeping is quite limited, with full room cleaning and linen changes only provided after seven days. This felt infrequent compared with other hotels in Japan, although there is an option to pay extra for more regular servicing if required. We were far from impressed by a situation shortly after check-in while in the lift, which we later realised was caused by an earthquake. At the time, we had no idea what had happened and assumed the lift was malfunctioning. The lift shook and the lights went out. Staff at the front desk quickly removed themselves from the area, prioritising their own safety, and there was no communication to guests during or immediately after, which was unsettling. In hindsight, clearer communication would have been reassuring.

Kleine kamer

Super ben collegata ai mezzi, e in posizione ottima per essere a metà strada tra la zona Shibuya/Shinjuku e Asakusa, ma anche super vicina a Ginza o l’area dello Tsukiji market. Stanze piccole, ma siamo riusciti ad entrarci con 2 valigie grandi (aperte sotto il letto), 2 trolley e 2 zaini. Prodotti ReFa (incredibile!!) per il bagno, ottima selezione di altri prodotti usa e getta disponibili in reception.

Nonostante fossimo all’ultimo piano, si sentiva comunque abbastanza il passaggio di treni/metro, ma per fortuna la frequenza diminuisce verso sera e smette in nottata. Tappi per le orecchie consigliati se avete il sonno leggero.

The location was great, breakfast has good selection and the washer dryer is the best part in this stay especially for long stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not so great. There’s dust in the ceiling and the pillows and the duvet sheet was not comfortable to use.

A mosógép egyszerüen lenyügözött. Tudom, butaság, de szebben mosta a ruháinkat mint az otthoni készülékünk. Ja, a szállás... egészen közel vannak a metrómegállók, illetve elképesztöen sok kis étterem van a szomszéd utcában.

Ha tovább maradhattunk volna... dehát sajnos vége lett a szabadságnak.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στον σταθμό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε τα πάντα από παροχές. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, σίγουρα θα το προτείνω!

Camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione perfetta a 3 minuti dalla stazione di Shimbashi, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Ginza raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Zona tranquilla piena di izakaya quindi la sera diventa più vivace. Dalla stanza avevo la vista sui treni e nel mio caso è stato un valore aggiunto! Consiglio la struttura e tornerei. Hanno anche una bilancia per valigie nella lobby oltre a un distributore gratuito di caffè, tè e ghiaccio.

La ubicación es en una zona de oficinas tranquila pero cerca del tren y de una zona con ambiente. La lavadora y secadora, la cama para el estándar de Japón es grande, el baño espacioso.

La limpieza fue una vez solo en una estancia de 10 días.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y comunicado, con la estación de Shimbashi a solo cinco minutos a pie. Tiene muchas opciones cerca para comer o cenar algo. Nuestra habitación contaba con lavadora, lo que es un plus para viajes largos. El personal amable y colaborador. El hotel está bastante limpio.

La habitación era bastante pequeña, hasta el punto de que resultaba difícil moverse cómodamente cuando éramos dos personas con maletas grandes. Sin embargo, lo peor fue el ruido. Si la habitación da a las vías del tren, se escucha constantemente el paso de los trenes que entran y salen de la estación. Incluso con las ventanas cerradas, el traqueteo se percibe claramente hasta altas horas de la noche, lo que puede dificultar el descanso.

The traffic is very loud at night time with sirens etc. I think the reviews on Google are slightly skewed as there was an advertisement in lift to leave a review and get an hour later check out time.

It was close to the station and main areas. I like the coffee machine at the lobby. The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. The washing machine in the room was perfect for long stays.

The cleaning was not enough. The housekeeping should be in less days.

Choice for breakfast was limited, room was tiny but had all we needed and even washing machine. Location is very good, not far from the busy station and Ginza area.

Staff barely spoke any English and there were a couple of miscommunications.

The biggest pluses for me about the room are the individual washing/drying machines for laundry and the powerful A/C (cooling). Having a washer/dryer means you don't have to bring so many clothes with you and therefore can shop more in Tokyo! The powerful A/C is great during the hot season in Tokyo. There was free coffee and water dispenser at the ground floor, which is nice so are some free toiletry stuff at the ground floor. Staff was friendly, one even helped with the laundry machine in my room.

The number one thing that I did not like is the room had a faint bad smell. I was going to complain and get a new room but the scent was very faint and in only a section of the room. I visited with family and the other rooms did not have this smell at all. Shame that they didn't clean my room as well as the others, but again the smell was very faint and I have a sensitive nose, but still. Also my room was facing the railways, so I can hear the train and it is noticeable, not unbearable, but noticeable. A few minor annoyances, disposable cups should be re-filled immediately at the free coffee and water station at the ground floor. I experienced a few times when there were no cups and even one time when the coffee was unavailable (due to running out of beans). Since the station is right in front of the reception desk, they should be more on top of this making sure that the station is stocked at all times, especially during peak hours in the morning.
