En el restaurante no me quisieron traer pan porque no aparecía en el menú, todo y que entre las opciones para venar aparecían varios sandwitches. Me podrían haber ofrecido pan de sandwitch. Por otro lado, es un hotel de un precio importante, aunque, a lo mejor, en el contexto de Cape Town y, más en concreto, de Waterfront, tal vez no lo sea tanto.

A little way from the V&A and a dark walk back to the hotel of a night. We had a skate and basketball park directly out of our window which was noisy first thing in the morning. Considering we had 8 couples staying the price of the rooms were high. One couple decided to rent a one bed fully self contained apartment closer into the V&A for about the same price

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the Waterfront area and getting around Cape Town. I would especially like to highlight Fatima’s service at breakfast. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel very well taken care of.
As a negative point, unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the room service. When delivering my order, the staff member reprimanded me, claiming that I had not provided my room number in the app used to place the order. However, the app itself does not allow an order to be completed without this information being entered, which made her approach even more unjustified and unfriendly.

Die Zimmer waren in dieser Jahreszeit kalt und klamm. Bei 8-10° keine Heizung vorhanden. Am Morgen alle Fenster beschlagen. Wechsel der Handtücher, mal fehlte ein Handtuch mal ein Badetuch. Manchmal war das Trinkwasser nachgefüllt und manchmal nicht.

Had speciaal en uitdrukkelijk gevraagd voor een stille kamer maar kreeg een kamer vlakbij een druk verkeerspunt en waar ‘s avonds veel mensen rondhingen en zeer luid waren. Vechten, geroep,… Bij het uit hebben eerlijk laten weten aan de manager dat ik een hele week slecht geslapen heb en toen zij ze me dat de andere kant van het hotel de stille kant was… Een basis hotel waar je niet veel mag verwachten maar prijs en ligging ok zijn.

Not much not to like - it’s all good 👍 The only thing was the price for a Friday - Monday stay over the CTCT weekend. I thought it was very pricey but I guess it’s in demand.
