We liked that there were many water dispenser all around the place

The air conditioner does not make the room cold fast enough. We need to go to the mall for at least an hour just to get back to our room and feel the still not-so-cold room. And also no wifi

Then Van that picked me up to El Nido picked me up as the very first passenger then drove around town for another to other hotels and the drove right by my hotel. Would have liked to wait in hotel instead.

Great customer service. When they knew we were leaving early for a bus trip, they offered a wake up call and offered to book a tricycle for us. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Kudos to the front desk attendant.

The location was close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for an overnight stay if wanting to be close to the airport and a mall.

Very unpersanal hotel, no garden, no swimming pool. Worst breakfast ever.

My overall stay was great! The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again.

The first room given to us, Room # 135 had a leak in the bathroom. But we were tranaferred to another room.

Unfortunately it was raining during our stay and I really need to go in Robinson to buy something important before catching our next flight . I asked the guard who is on duty if it’s possible to borrow umbrella since I saw 3 or 4 umbrellas in the entrance ‘told him we will comeback right after i got what I need from the mall. He told me they don’t let guest to bring the umbrella somewhere outside and so I just walked in the rain and he truly saw us and didn’t even change his mind .fyi it was raining almost the whole day my daughter and I feels so sick after our long trip from Elnido and we needed to go in the pharmacy inside Robinson . We were about to go back in the hotel when I saw one foreigner walking infront of us and I knew he is going back to the same hotel because I noticed the same umbrella from the place . And so we continued walking and it’s still raining we reach the hotel and ofcourse saw the foreigner giving the umbrella back to the same guard .fyi he also went to the same mall were we went to So unfair I hope next time he treat their guest equal . Didn’t know his name and i didn’t bother to ask .

it was close to the mall. staff was very helpful, room was clean and towels changed at request promptly.

said room had safe box but there was none. restaurant run out of breakfast choices between the only two options. potions was very small and wasn't great. water pressure was very low with hot water coming and going in shower. The place looks and feels old and outdated

There were noteworthy members of staff that made the experience quite hospitable. In spite of the budget accommodation, I found my experience to be a comfortable one. Front desk Kyle was always willing to be of service and housekeeping was always on call when I needed.

This is my second time here. I like it for its location (close to the mall and my areas of interest) and value (one of the affordable in PPS). Staff is quite attentive as well. I’m actually coming back next year, so this will be like my home away from home.

Thanks also to everyone from Security to Housekeeping for making our 3D/4N stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the convenient location close to Robinsons Mall, the newly opened SB, and several restaurants in the area. We really appreciated everything and had a great time! Please note that the room is a bit worn out since the property is older, so it’s something to keep in mind compared to the price. 😉

With the closeness to Robinson Puerto Princess, our stay must be an exceptional one complemented by nice and helpful staff members and attentive security guards.

As pointed out to Marco,a frontline staff member, the big signage in front of the compound needs some refurbishing and he said that will be brought to the attention of his superiors. I will see it on my next stay

Stayed for 1 night and had a great stay, the staffs are super friendly specially jhoan and karen, they were super helpful, the hotel itself is nice and clean. Will definitely comeback again

Everything is perfect staying here in Go Hotels Puerto Princesa, the room is neat and clean and so relaxing. The staffs are accommodating and very respectful. Good job 👌

The best hotel in Palawan. The staff is incredible and always willing to help. Really accommodating and always smiling and friendly.

The restroom wasn't cleaned. There was a stain of blood on the toilet seat. The drain in the bathroom is bad.

Front Office staff are friendly and helpful but the facilities is not good. 1. Bed is not stable 2. Lot of watermarks in ceiling 3. Comfort room is for rectification 4. Shower area needs shower curtain 5. Towels are too old 6. Restaurant food choices is poor Staff are attentive but i think the rooms need extra care. HK should check it throughly and RM or GM should on top of this. This is constructive criticism. Thanks!

Dati mahina 2yrs back. Ngayon super cold. Highly recommended.. All the staff are really doing their best to give you the best experience... maintenance, security upto the front desk Daniel and MJ are super accomodating
