I liked the location but it was still around 15 minutes of walk.
Very smelly rooms, dirty, garbage overflows. The tap was broken and there was no water in the shower! Cockroaches around, insects of some kind. Air conditioners are extremely noisy and beds and linens are not the best.
Alles was vreselijk, de kamer, badkamer, matras, de kasten etc letterlijk VRESELIJK
As soon as I entered my room, I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned, and there were flies inside. The sink had no proper drainage, so water just spilled onto the floor and into the shower drain. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I strongly advise against staying here.
The hotel conditions is terrible. Rooms very tight. Didn’t find my reservation with desired beds and i had to change the room after one day. first room was smelly. Staff tried to help but the hotel has nothing but good location
Easy parking
Rooms were very dirty The toilet was terrible. The carpets were dirty All th drawers were broken The bedding wasn't charged until i had to make a request. The kettles were rusty. Cigarette smoke everywhere and too much noise. Worst experience ever. I would like my money back. It's not worth the amount paid
It’s was good thank you very much
Dirty
It’s really not clean and the staff obviously do not care about what’s going on in the hotel. Expected for the low price it is tbh.
Friendly Staff and convenient location. The room was a bit tiny and the furniture was very old. There is bad smell that ocationally comes from the bathroom Overall not too bad
Alles in de kamer is gedateerd en echt aan onderhoud toe. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dat was heel fijn. Op ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen van el kaaba.
Good
Disappointed

Staffs are super friendly, but the property is super dirty, making business because of its location. Surprised Expedia recommended such hotels.
Avoid this place if you’re concerned about the hygiene!!! Property is located in a reasonable walking distance (~15 minutes) from the Kaaba/Masjid-ul-Haram. As for the hygiene, it was my worst experience ever. I’ve traveled to many different countries, but I’ve never experienced such a dirty accommodation. I don’t think they have ever washed the curtains which smell like poop since they have built the hotel. Windows can’t be open as they’ve placed air conditioning in all windows. I’ve tried to open a window and found ~3-5kg guano (birds poop). I’ve made a video and showed to the receptionist. They gave me another room, but with the same situation. I couldn’t stay their as I was afraid of getting sick. So changed the hotel.
Nice hotel close to al Haram. Only 10 mins walking distance. Rooms were ok. Bed was hard rock and it was perfect for my back.
Very dirty and rude staff
I can’t stay there for 5 min It was ugly bad smiling and so old bad condition It’s not even 1 star hotel
A simple and affordable It will be inviting if they improve cleanliness
I had a worse experience at this hotel. It stinks hotel’s dirty. Check in was awful they couldn’t find my booking and tried to charge me more. It took me half hour to check in. Receptionist can’t speak English. Nobody come to clean your room.
Nothin unique
10 mint walk
The door handle for the entry door to the room was broken. I contacted the front desk to get it fixed, but no action. I remined them again the next day (Jan. 18), but no body paid attention. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower door was not propoerly closing. I could not take a shower.
It was about 1KM from haram. Going down there was easy because it’s all down hill but coming back up to the hotel was little hike. I hired taxi every time we came back to the hotel and taxi charge us 20-30 riyals depending on the time. It was dirty dirty. Bathroom stink. No room service for entire 6 days.
Very comfortable rooms, no hygiene issue, compliments water bottles, friendly staff especially Bangladeshi maintenance guy I can’t remember his name was very cooperative. He managed to check me in early and really looked after me. Property is 10 minutes away, long walk but good thing it’s straight not through hill or slope. Good thing, all 10 minutes walk is full of shops.
There were no facility for drop off or loading even. Got fixed penalty parking while loading the luggage actively in front of the hotel. The car boot was open and I was actually putting the bag in! Poor wash rooms and no linen changed in 6 days.
I got to the hotel. They told me it was full and only a spare room was available. Upon seeing the property.. I couldn’t stay there. There was no clean water and the whole room stank of manure. Terrible.
Everything okay 👍
Terrible property, so old. Not maintained, terrible customer service and rude receptionist I won’t recommend it to anyone
I liked nothing about this property
Need improvement in room to be cleaning , bed sheets , pillow covers need more attention not clean enough , needs better customer service
Nice people, good management but, old building!
It was 15 minutes walk to the grand mosque / HARAM. Small room with low ceiling, but price wise it was not bad
When take shower the bathroom flooor holds water and I had to use squeegee to push accumulated water to the drainage hole.
It was good but wish it was bigger especially the bathroom
No comment , i have already given enough rating. Bcs i am sure you will or akraedy found a lot of people like me. I hope they will improve more in order for them to get good rating
I found this hotel valuable in prospect of the location favorable till Haram by 10 minutes walk. Free water supply, Wi-Fi active in rooms with enough room service. Reception was very warming till end. Room beds need renewal as well furniture. As a whole, reasonable price to this place.
Good price
Nice and Clean... Helping front dest staff with polite attitude towards customers. Walking distance of 8 minutes t Haram. Rooms are well furnished with attached bath and flat screen TV. Very advisable for groups and families.
hotel staff brilliantly helpful. And very quite and peaceful environment I enjoyed my stay. Negatives r : by the time of booking they said free Wi-Fi ,but no Wi-Fi in the hotel at all , so that's upsetting. A little far for walking to masjid haram.15 minutes. But for the price can't complain. Overall good good..
It’s okay but very far from my distinctions the staff very friendly cooperative they are very well organized I will recommend to my friend as well
it was great location. only 10-15 mins. Staff wa really helpful. Whatever i asked was provided on request. Really helpful on guiding. People in Makkah are not usually helpful, but the hotel staff was really helpful
Overall hotel services are not good as a 4 star hotel, but it is closer to Haram. Convenient for families and reception guys are quite responsive. Good stay The hotel staff are very accommodating and considerate. They let us check-in quite early and their hotel policy for considering kids is very good (2 kids up to 9 years can stay free if no extra beds are requested). Its close the grand mosque and they have a 24 hour shuttle service to and from the mosque. 7.5/10
The bathroom is too small Standing shower is in a corner but there is no curtain or frame. The whole bathroom becomes puddle of water during bath.
We like the hotel, close to Haram, staff specially Mosharraf was excellent.
comfortable stay. helpful hotel staff
it was one of the worst experience of my life, please do not come here. also this hotel is very far away from the Kabbah it usually takes about 15 minutes walking. rubbish hotel, constantly lying, extremely dirty, and very bad service
I was told this hotel is close to Haram. It is now. For every prayer time, I had to take a taxi.
Budget Hotel and close the Haram Masjid, easy access to Haram Masjid in two ways one through Tunnel and reach Marwa side, Other reaching near King Fahd Gate or new block. This is the only hotel offering free parking and close to the Masjid. Hotel staff was very polite even the owner of the hotel we met. Owner of the hotel is a kind man distributing free meals on Fridays to all the pilgrimage people whether staying his Hotel or not. Moreover this is budget hotel and best value for money. Overall we had nice time.
front desk could not confirm the booking on phone. Moreover no facility for credit card payment so in the middle of the night had to pay cash.
PROs: The hotel is about 10 mins walk away from Masjid Al Haram which is not that far. The staff at the reception is helpful and cooperative. They guided me on how to get to Jeddah Airport without paying too much for the solo taxi. The room service was alright. Overall, it was a good value for money. CONs: The room was smaller then expected. The bed size was short. I am an averaged height ( 5' 10'' ) person and couldn't fit myself completely on the bed. The location of the hotel is tricky as it right at the start of tunnel and you could easily miss the hotel if you are on a taxi.
The hotel is close to Haram, and you can't beat the price for a hotel so close. Everything else sucks, except maybe the staff which is helpful and friendly
This hotel is not even remotely close to the Haram. Whether you are young or old; getting to the haram and back to the hotel will be a painstaking process. Secondly, the hotel is not clean. The towels that were placed on the bed had 'green' moss on them from the damp walls. The hotel is old, and filthy. Staff were not professional at all. The reception is most of the time vacant. Even when I was checking out and informed the manager I was checking out in a few minutes, he didn't keep any staff member at the desk to receive my key. I had to take a taxi to the haram and from the hotel. No driver knows clearly where it is so you have to make a mental note of other landmarks. Thirdly, the room I stayed in had a flimsy door that could have passed for plywood. The lock was visibly changed many times as there were wood marks all over. Staff do not hold attention for long. They will talk to another guest whilst you are talking to them. I regret giving the staff member a tip because he blatantly didn't bother to even see that I had a car to travel back to the airport (after telling him) or bother to wait until I checked out (also after I told him) Prior to checking in; I called ahead and my call was received by a man who claimed to not understand both my English and fairly good Arabic. When I came to the hotel the said man was eating and angry that his fellow colleague at the hotel interrupted his late supper. I will never, ever recommend staying here or having anything to do with this hotel. In closing the only positive thing I can say is that their was hot water whenever I wanted to take a shower. That is me trying hard to say something positive.
Hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from Haram. Rooms are neat and clean. Beds are comfortable. Washroom was clean and odor free. Overall its a good experience after hectic prayers during Ramadan. It always feels good to have a cozy bed to rest at the end of the day. Affordable rates makes it a favorite.
