Odd location but good. Liked the off street parking. Felt very welcome with the text.

The shower curtain fell down when I got in the shower.

It has an undercover car park, the staff are incredibly helpful, and while beautiful ng an older property, it was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Convenient. Had a late check out with no extra cost. Second visit as really pleased last time.

Unfortunately some off the other guests this time was noisy. So up early. :( Plus the motor in the fridge was noisy too.

Undercover parking

Cold, dark, weak shower.

Location was excellent, safe off street parking, good budget stay for 1 or 2 nights. The room was warm and bed was comfy. Brian was very pleasant.

No face flannels, bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Take care as the microwave is at the right height to create lumps on head.

Could smell cannabis in the hallway, bed was uncomfortable, the door for the bathroom was a bi-fold and didn't shut probably

I loved the entrance, the artwork and the plants leading into the underground parking. Great to have communication from the manager as i arrived late from long travel. The room was lovely, warm and felt safe with a double lock on inside of door. Great stay all round and will visit again! Thank you

Easy going not much people around beds were so comfy Easy check in. And rooms were nice and tidy enjoyed our stay

Canceled booking same day, no response from motel til days later, no refund

Would like more of personal interaction instead of white board at reception with a contact fone number to check in. Room was cold on entering probably due to the entrance door to reception and hallway to all rooms being from carkpark and that door being left open all the time. Could be idea to put draft excluders on bedroom doors, I put spare towels in front of mine. Would have liked better shower washes and them to actually be viable in shower and not little bars of soap hidden under sink. Maybe re caulking round single glaze windows could help warmth as could see draft moving blinds. Tv mounted noticeably un level and not on the type of mount a guest could correct.

It was a bit of a walk to the main city area. There was a lot of noise in the hall that could be heard in our rooms.

Brian was lovely to deal with had to change my arrival time a couple times and he was so accommodating. Location is only 4-5 min to town so handy.

This an old property but CLEAN, nice linens & comfortable. Garage for your car a bonus! Easy walk to town. Staff courteous & pleasant.

As with some other places we have stayed….getting the tv to just turn on & find a channel is a major challenge.

The floor of the shower floor literally falling away under the lino (rotten I am guessing). The room was tiny for the cost. There was a faint smell of mold throughout, th towels especially smelled moldy. The room was super noisy, I was literally awake until the last guests returned at 4.30am from the 21st they were attending (they were not thinking of anyone else at that point 😫) which is not the staffs fault but the walls are VERY thin! Be warned

The floorboards in the hallway outside my room (and the other rooms) creaked loudly whenever someone walked down the hallway - this noise carried on until after 11:30pm with people coming and going from their rooms.

The room was small, dated,stunk of damp. Creaking floors, fine walls and doors you can hear over people walking up and down. Don't book saturday night as party goers are loud and don't. Neighbours outside the room joining the party by been loud. The view outside is of a dump garage. Best thing for it would be to bulldoze it.

It was clean. quiet, comfortable. With a great location. Wi-Fi was more secure than other hotels and room was updated. Covered parking in a parking area with cameras. was excellent. Don't expect to like what you see when you first see it. You don't get a fancy entrance with a big reception area or someone to carry your bags. Honestly. I went to see it and walked out because of how it looked. My other option booked out, so I ended up going back, I felt like a fool for judging that book by it's cover.

You could, very clearly through the wall what was going on in the next room.

Well located, parking a bit tricky but OK. Dated but clean and tidy

Booking.com stated the property had free parking, the parking was limited in spaces and available as first come first served. The parking was stated as secure but the door that would have provided this security had been removed.

Off street parking, accom was clean, with small kitchenette, comfortable beds, good sized bathroom & good distance from CBD. Was contacted on day of arrival to confirm time - key was left out for me, as arrived between 6 & 7:30pm

Area around property has lots of vacancies, as first night was Saturday was a little noisy, but after that got used to the area so all good

The location was great for me as my car was being serviced just around the corner. The Motel was small but contained all I needed for one night stay. Good shower. Comfortable mattress.

Friendly staff. Felt welcomed and we'll cateted for. And delighted that we could get extra supplies as we needed them. Great to have a little kitchenette to meet our needs. Beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets, although not needed. Good heater. Excellent, clean bathroom and shower. Quite a quiet part of town. Some night noises but not a problem Quiet other guests. Op shops and auction Mart close Good walking distance to north and south for shopping and eateries. Generous, free laundry facilities. Morning sun. Very clean.

This motel was central to the shops, Railway etc. Generally a very clean rooms

It was located about 1.5Km from City centre which was an easy walk through the city. Some good eating facilities near by. Parking and drops were good. It is served by the Airport Shuttle on booking ahead. Management were very helpful and friendly.

As a motel it was fine, don’t be put off by its entrance which its up an alleyway off the street. A little dark in the interior due its location.

Good parking. Very small kitchen room for one. Chairs and eating area need to be adjusted. Had to eat on our laps. Table attached to wall far too high. Door into bathroom toilet hard to close. Otherwise Brian was very nice and helpful.
