L'emplacement est idéal, proche du métro et du Vatican. Joli quartier animé, restaurants, magasins etc. Le café offert self-service et la chambre très propre et pratique. Bonne adresse!

Petit bémol : la climatisation est bruyante (clim portable). Mais on s'y fait ! Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser ses bagages au-delà de 14h. Nous avons payé 22 euros en consigne pour laisser nos valises jusqu'au soir, notre vol étant à 21h30. La taxe de séjour est cher, 72 euros pour 3 personnes et pour 4 nuits. À compter en plus.

An absolutely outstanding host. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. After an incredibly disappointing experience at another property, we urgently needed a place to stay late in the evening. She responded immediately, welcomed us on very short notice, and completely turned our trip around. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. My family primarily speaks Spanish, and even though Spanish is not her first language, she made every effort to communicate with us in Spanish so we would feel comfortable and understood. That simple gesture meant so much to us and reflected the kind of person she is. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she responded almost immediately, regardless of the time of day. Since it was our first visit to Rome, we relied heavily on her recommendations, and every single one exceeded our expectations. She suggested amazing restaurants, local attractions, and hidden gems that we never would have found on our own. She also gave us access to discounts on local tours, making our experience even more enjoyable. We learned that she reviews restaurants and local businesses for a travel publication, and after following her recommendations, it was easy to understand why. Every restaurant and every place she suggested was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated with a modern design, and maintained in perfect condition. The location was outstanding and made exploring Rome incredibly convenient while still providing a peaceful and comfortable place to relax after a long day. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was her hospitality. She never treated us like just another booking. She genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Her kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help at any moment made us feel welcome from beginning to end.

Everything was fabulous- the location, having an elevator, the room was clean, modern, comfortable, the sitting area was charming, the space is elegantly designed! The building felt safe, the owners took such good care of us! They even gave us a list of restaurant recommendations! We will come again! This feels like our home in Rome. 💕💕

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was beautiful! The bed and towels were super comfy. Location wise - we walked to most sights (10-40 minutes), but also used buses when our feet got tired. the bus stops were right there and very easy to use. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Vatikan, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zentral zur Metro Ottaviano sowie Restaurants, Markthalle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Besitzerin Valeria ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Der Zugang über Codes ist sehr praktisch bei später Anreise.

Tripla un po’ piccola, con poco spazio in stanza, ma bagno grande e in ogni caso tutte le necessità per un soggiorno breve.

The location is central but quiet. Design and amenities are modern. We had a jacuzzi in the room and very much appreciated it after a long day. Stefania and Valeria are amazing hostesses. Tons of great tips. We felt very welcome.

In the shower it would great to have a shelf or stand for personal bath items.

I absolutely loved how clean and modern the room was. I loved how everything was up-to-date and comfortable. I liked how it felt somewhat like a hotel and the towels were replaced every day. And the bed was made. There was cleaning every day.

The room that I chose there was a hot tub right in the middle of the room. I think the better use of that space would’ve been to put a desk or something else. There wasn’t any bubble bath or anything for me to even start it up. It would be nice if that was included so I could’ve made use of it. The pictures in the actual property it was a little bit misleading. The room was much smaller than I thought. During the time that I stayed, the elevator was broken so it was exhausting taking my luggage up five floors and back down when I left. Every time I wanted to come and go going up and down the stairs was a lot. I wish I knew that before I even booked the reason I booked the place was because there was an elevator also. I wish I could’ve ever seen some sort of compensation or discount for that. It said there was breakfast or room service, but I didn’t see that anywhere or wasn’t given any information on it. I wish there was a do not disturb sign that we could hang up on the door because I was woken up a few times for cleaning. If I used the cups or anything, those were not replaced each day. So using the same cup every day. But the towels were replaced so that’s a good thing.

Elevator of course not working

Het verblijf was erg schoon, rook lekker en vriendelijke hostess'. We konden nog last minute boeken en inchecken en kregen direct alle informatie over het zelf inchecken aan de hand van zeer duidelijke instructies. Zeker aan te raden! Het verblijf ligt op 2-5 tal minuten van de metro en Vaticaan op loopafstand.

Great location, walking distance to eateries and the Vatican, EXCEPT the Lift was under repair/ reconstruction. Our room was on the 3rd floor (4th level) and was difficult for 80 yr old couple to carry luggages on those 4 flights stairways…..our arrival on 7/20/25 was after 2 pm past their office hours of 9AM - 2PM. Departure was early too, so no one could assist with our luggages. Thank you to Valerie, the owner who was very accommodating and solved our AC problem. Would recommend this place after all the construction is done. Beautiful and modern interior set up! Safe place to stay too.

Beautiful accommodations and a wonderful hotelier. Valeria was sweet, helpful, quick to respond to our questions and made wonderful recommendations on places to eat. There is a lovely sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, fill your water bottle and collect your thoughts. Many food options nearby as well as a Metro station. Easy walking distance to the Vatican. We used a cab to access the historic district as those sites are farther away. There are renovations happening on the grounds and courtyard which prevented us from enjoying them. The elevator was also under construction and we could not use it. We had a safe in our room and all entrances to the property, building and floor required an access code. This made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and having WiFi access made it easy to stay in touch with home and research our tours and restaurants. Having so many places to choose from and being first time travelers to Rome, we were very pleased.

Really clean, super nice owners, good value

Elevator was being repaired so had to walk up four floors multiple times per day. However, owners warned me about this before I came. They were very honest. But it was tiring.

My parents spent a few days here. The staff were amazing and helpful and took such good care of them. Rooms were spacious and modern. Grazie per tutto!

The room is newly designed. It would of been a pleasant stay based on location and accessibility, especially with the way New Saint Peter was advertised... unfortunately there were many points as to why it was a bit disappointing. We advanced booked 2 seperate stays. On the first stay, after the first night, the air conditioner did not work. On the second stay, on the first night the air conditioner started leaking soaking the floor. In general, as well, we were not informed that the place being stayed at was under construction and that elevator was out of service despite being up 3 flights of stairs with luggage (*note for those disabled or with wheelchair). We were only informed after the booking was unrefundable. We asked for a refund for the second stay as we wanted to change our mind, but was not allowed.

The service at this hotel is spectacular. Highly recommend.

Broken elevator. No front lobby and did not receive instructions in advance to know service was from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm we arrived after 2:00 door was locked. Don’t keep your luggage after 2:00 pm because no one is onsite to assist you. Location is good, place is clean, a/c broke and was fixed next morning. Room recently renovated and nice.

Everything was clean. It was quiet and off the busy street below. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the Vatican museums. Great communication from the hosts. Would stay there again!

Beautiful room and bathroom with ambient light. Very safe and loved extra room to have coffee/meals. Host is amazing and she is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Loved this guest house. Hosts were fantastic and loved the restaurants nearby.

This is a beautiful property which I would have rated five stars if there had been a lift in operation. The four flights were difficult to navigate. Thank goodness for staff member Maria, who carried the big luggage up and down for us. I am 78 and would not have stayed here had I been aware that the elevator was not operational. However, the facility is absolutely charming, Stephania was friendly, helpful, and delightful to deal with. If you're young and in good shape, stay here . . . it's a lovely facility.

Pro: The location is perfect, not too far from Vatican, walking 15 minutes to St Peter. Restaurants are near by, many coffee shop and very convenience if you don't mind to walk! Room is very nice and clean, I'd love to come back again!

Cons: My room is on the 3rd floor and I walked up 75 steps, no elevator so if you have a disability or wheel chair then this place is not for you, walking down is no problem for me but some night after a long day walking, I was tired to climb up! City tax: I wasn't sure that City Tax was included, some of my booking including city tax! So the owner asked me to pay and I have no way to check my booking so I told her I will pay when I come back home, I checked out on Apr 21 and on Apr 26 she was at the Pope Francis funeral, she texted me and saying that she will report to the police? "What" Did I asked her I'll pay when I come back? Come on, big event is going on at the Vatican, there wasn't even enough polices for the events, would they have time to work for $48?? Give me a break! I was so upset but I focused at the funeral Mass till the end. My suggest for the owner, not to be rude with customers, that was sad. I asked my husband to go on computer and paid her on Apr 27th, not because I worry about "police report" but $48 buck is not a big deal to me, I wished she handle it in a better manner ! After all, thank you!
