El hotel está muy bien ubicado, enfrente de una gran plaza comercial y bien comunicado por vialidades importantes. Las habitaciones en buen estado y limpias. Lo único malo es que su servicio de alimentos termina a las 23:00 y si llegas después de esa hora, la única opción es pedir de fuera usando alguna aplicación de ‘delivery’. Estas limitaciones de servicio se entienden en un hotel de negocios… pero la tarifa de este hotel no es la de un hotel de ese segmento ejecutivo.

Buena ubicación , mucho ruido en las noches. Viajamos con niño y en los cuartos contiguos hacían mucho ruido, azotaban puertas y parecía película de adultos en el otro lado de la pared. No es un hotel para ir con familia

A business class hotel, with good service in general, in an acceptable business location, across the street from the large Antea Mall. The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

The AC Hotel is rather new with well appointed rooms, well furnished and with a very large bathroom area. Plenty of power points, an essential these days. The breakfast is very good, with the chance to order a main course of your choice. Staff are attentive. Location is good if you are into malls, and with a nearby road good for runners, but it is rather far from the very interesting city centre. Price was on the high side for this city: from 5 to 4 stars on the basis of price and location.

El colchón muy viejo! El aire acondicionado no servía y daba el aire a la cara todo el tiempo! A pesar de que reservé una suite el tamaño muy pequeño! No había amenities “chanclas, bata, etc…” Todo el tiempo se escuchaba el ruido del elevador! No está dentro de Antea! Ellos dicen que tienen un camino pavimentado el cual no es cierto!

Me gustó la limpieza, la alberca techada y es pet friendly.

This is the third time staying at this property over the past several years. The service is always consistently good and friendly. The rooms are typical for a Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself could use some sprucing, but the location is right across the street from a mall with a ton of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store, so it's worth it. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant varies depending on who is working e.g. one day it was fantastic, the next it was barely mediocre. The hotel and restaurant are both pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us!

Watch out for a room switch and double charge at check in. Restaurant is okay; Paco at the bar is awesome and helpful. Mall across the street is a great spot for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean but my room (room switch at check in) was small. Make sure to buy bottled water for drinking and personal hygiene. The tap is non-potable according to locals but check in does not tell you.

Excelente opción para visitar familiares o viaje de compras, excelente ubicación, seguridad, cercanía de supermercados, restaurantes y centros comerciales. Y lo mejor es que es Petfriendly

La habitación tiene muchas areas de oportunidad. Se oye perfectamente lo que habla la otra habitación. Mi habitación al estar junto al elevador es molesta la campana del elevador, deberían deshabilitarla. En el baño no hay colgadores para la toalla. Al llegar a la habitación estaba a 30 grados por el sol que da, fue muy molesto. La puerta de la regadera y wc no cierra bien y tiende a abrirse. Habitación 112. También el apagador para entrar no hay tienes que ir hasta la cama a prenderlo. Deberia haber uno junto a la puerta. La verdad no regresaría.

The hotel did not honor my booking on expedia and notified me 1 night before my check in.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was expensive and not included. The hotel said it was not included because of Expedia reservation. I tried to contact Expedia to ask why and if they could include my breakfast, but there is not way to get a contact with an operator from Expedia. I will never book with Expedia if I obtain worse condition than all the other not using Expedia.

Very comfy hotel and conveniently situated across the street from Antea Shopping Mall. Our room was comfortable. The Buffet breakfast was excellent. The service provided by the hotel staff was awesome. Getting into the mall is somewhat of a challenge since there is no pedestrian entrance and cars speeding by. My recommendation is to create a signed pedestrian crossing to the mall. I totally recommend AC Querétaro. We will return to this hotel next week.

Hotel is perfect, location, design and service but there was a loud banging noise coming from the AC, several guest had the same issue, to bad to have a bad sleep with such a great hotel

It was good and the location is convenient infront of the mall which it has shops and restaurants. The room was good it's just I'm picky with the bathroom which one wasn't clean enough. Overall was good. I think the room should have a small refrigerator.

We had a good time, short stay after an event close to the hotel. The hotel is nice and has great location, rooms are functional and clean, staff is helpful. Room service is sent in disposable packaging but it is not eco friendly/recyclable.

I dont like the room setup. Closet without doors, the sink outside right at entrance of room. No light inside WC. I wont stay there again

I knew when I booked a weeks stay at the AC Hotel QRO Antea, that I'd be at a further distance than I should be. But, I booked and stayed anyway. The location is good, because of the outdoor Antea mall with anything you can possibly need in regards to high end shopping, dining and necessities. The hotel itself looks pleasing from the exterior. The rooms are OK and have the typical AC modern layout, but the balcony has no views. Oh well... The restaurant dinner options are subpar, but the breakfast options are great.

Very comfortable hotel and conveniently situated across the street from a high end shopping mall called Antea. Literally crossing the street. Rooms comfortable and have NETFLIX which is great. Double beds smaller than other hotels so difficult when sharing a bed with a 10 year old. Suggest selecting a king size bed and asking for a cote. Buffet breakfast good. Service excellent.

This is a very nice property but it's starting to show a few signs of wear. Still a beautiful place. The breakfast buffet was OK; not exactly gourmet. Staff was fine; we had a good rapport with the bartender. Keep in mind this is nowhere near the city center but the location is great if you want to be near Antea (a large mall with lots of shops and restaurants) but I was surprised that the area is not very walkable. It makes no sense to Uber to Antea but if you want to walk, you have to cross four lanes of traffic with no crosswalk and an elevated dirt median. Then you get into the Antea parking lot and again there is no pedestrian walkway. We booked this place for easy mall access, so that was a little disappointing. It's more the fault of the folks who designed the whole complex, not just the hotel. Overall I'd say this place is fine if you get it at a decent price and you want to be in this part of town. You might get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

La atencion por parte del personal fue muy buena, solamente deben poner mas atencion en los dispensadores de alcohol en gel ya que habia varios vacios durante varios dias y solicitar a los visitantes usar la mascarilla en areas publicas.

The hotel is well located, near juriquilla and next to Antea (shopping center), however, having stayed in Queretaro in many hotels nearby, we feel it is a bit overpriced, considering the size of the room.

The staff was useless

Air condt didnt work. Hotel was basicly empty but my room wasnt ready upon check in. Had to wait 44 min. Bar tender was no bartender. Plus the drinks were super expensive.

Location is across the street from a large mall with many great stores, restaurants, and Cinépolis. That’s exactly what we wanted when we chose this hotel.

The hotel is nice though this time around I noticed it was a little run down as they have a cheap-looking "tiendita" (little store) in the lobby. Also, one of the two elevators didn't work and it took us ages to go to our room and even more to leave in the morning as it was always packed and we had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to hop in.

With the Marriott name and price, i expected more. It was like someone was trying to take advantage of the name to make more money with less service.

The staff are so helpful and friendly it makes the stay so much better. They had wonderful breakfasts and often they would bring to my room prepared exactly how I wanted them.

Friendly Staff, nice hotel (new), Shopping Mall and Market across the street. Very clean executive Hotel, good food, quite and modern rooms. They accepted an early check out with no extra fee and they even gave me free breakfast.

Excellent location, next to Antea Mall, which for work is very convenient.

First of all they clean the room every third day , but there is buffet of breakfast or dinner. On the other hand after 11:00 pm no room service.

It was my 3rd stay here, and I will book again. Some recommendations: Improve breakfast quality. Manage lobby and restaurant temperature, mostly in mornings. Create signed pedestrian crossing to mall. Improve pool opening hours - current schedule makes it inaccessible for business travellers. See you next time!

This hotel is fabulous when you aim to take advantage of the Antea Mall. The location is great, and so are the installations. The only downside is that the heating device is not sufficient for the cold that enters the room through the window-front. Otherwise it’s all excellent.

I stayed at the hotel for several days in early October 2019. The hotel has a nice feel but the either the facilities are aging or the maintenance could use some improvement. I had a balcony room (all on floor 1) that was small but nicely arranged. The only real problem with the room was the poor air conditioning. I would have needed to change rooms if the weather were warmer. I enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast staff. The best option was the cooked-to-order eggs. Tortillas, beans, etc to be had for the asking. Dinner was less enjoyable but the food was acceptable. Don't exect the bar staff to ask if you want a drink - you need to be proactive - even when there are several just milling around. There are many good restaurant choices in the area - either a short drive away or across the street at the mall. As others have said, getting into the mall is somewhat of a challenge since there is no pedestrian entrance. You have to go through the car entry gates. The mall itself is very nice with lots of upscale shopping, restaurants, and the City Market grocery store. One last note - the coffee machines in the rooms use Lavazza pods. Strangely enough, they cannot be found at the mall. I searched. I recommend asking your room attendant for extra pods and tipping. Or bringing your own.
