Close to airport. Room was large.

Very noisy air conditioner. Rattled the whole time. No mini bar in room or a bar in hotel as advertised in listing. Everything quite worn and old. We would expect that if it was at the cheaper end but it wasn’t.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet fogadott minket. Külön pozitívum volt, hogy a megszokottnál korábban be tudtunk csekkolni, ami nagyon jól esett, igazán figyelmes gesztus volt. Az ételek finomak voltak, és az ár-érték arány is kifejezetten jó. Összességében kellemes élmény volt, szívesen ajánljuk másoknak is!

It lists a bar, but there was not one.

Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Clean rooms at good prices. Good breakfast.

Had a problem with the App for Room Service - reception apologised though and sorted out our order with room service. Even though pizza was on the menu we couldn’t order it as they didn’t have the right ingredients in stock.

Vecchia, stanza piccola, bagno piccolissimo, SPA indecente, un lettino dove dovevo alzare la testa altrimenti soffocavo. Nessuna bibita alcolica nel bar.

The breakfast was really good, a good selection of local and international dishes. Loved the coffee too and the pool was nice although i didn't get the chance to swim in it. Overall, a good stay in a hotel not far from Sepinggan airport.

We stayed for two nights and on the second night we had a problem with the access card. Went to the lobby to fix it, went up again but it still didn't work. Went to the lobby again and finally a staff managed to get us a key that worked. We were tired after a long day so that was a bit annoying but apart from that everything was ok.

Breakfast zero option for international travellers. Bed too hard. Very poor cleaning.

Location was very close to the airport and good views of plans taking off and landing if your an Avgeek.

The pillows were very dirty and smelly. Because of proximity to the airport it is noisy when the planes take off

Most disgusting, filthiest hotel i have ever stayed in. As soon as you step into the lifts, you can feel the grime. Things didn’t get better in the room. This place is in no way set ip for Western tourists. No alcohol was permitted, the food is rubbish, and the view out our window was the runway of the airport across the road. As there was no double glazing, we heard the planes land & take off from 5am -10pm. Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere.

It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things.

The hotel is located just behind of the airport, and the variant menu breakfast has more options

Located at the entrance of the city, so no endless traffic to reach it, very close to the airport so practical. Very large breakfast buffet. The staff is very nice.

funny that even for a twin bedroom, the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by stained glass... ! Not very practical is you want to go the the bathroom during the night, the light will clearly illuminate the bedroom as well.

location is ok, apart from that, nothing good. not meet the price.

room is very old, and AC is not functioning well... I just put my luggage in the room for a while, afterward request the change the room, the staff refused with a very bad attitude...

dirty places, stains on the bedding, walls and floor. no toilet paper, cooler/refrigerator not working, huge noise from the street, we chose no smoking room and there was bad smell at the room and many cigarettes burns in the carpet.

Location is right next to the airport. That's it.

Wifi speed was terrible, barely usable. The "fitness centre" / gym was not a fitness centre. It was a hot room with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, a random punching bag and about 6 dumbbells. One treadmill and one bike didn't work. The working treadmill squeaked constantly. I had to unplug the phone because reception kept calling me, very annoying. The "free airport transport" was just a lie. We confirmed before arriving, and even messaged them via booking to say we were on the plane, asking where to meet the driver. Nobody responded. Nobody responded when we arrived either. We got to reception and they just said sorry, and had absolutely no explanation as to why nobody collected us. This is just lazy incompetence. It is an old, worn out hotel, pretending to be a 4 star, with the facilities of a 2 star.

The hotel is very close to the airport which makes it a good option as a transit hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff was polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi.

The Hotel was what I was expecting from the pichures it was clean and tidy and the buffet had plenty of choices for a good simple breakfast to start the day the service of the staff was very good can speak English to a extent and are friendly and fast aswell always willing to help with a smile I would recommend them

Good value hotel

Checked in late night. Too tired to check the room. I believe have requested non smoking room. But when woke up in the morning I found cigarette butts in the room from previous guest. Report to the front desk but the officer just wrote it down and didn't show any prompt response

I think for all Good , breakfast, room is comfort. Only one, when i stay in first day i get Twin bad and for cover pillow small not Good im complain With room service and fast for handle problem solve. What ever all service This hotel very good

Over all is GOOD , more varian menu for breakfast and taste is Good .

The room had a musty smell that seemed to disappear after the air conditioner had run for a while. The room was clean. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, although most was not western in taste.

Free transportations to the airport was quite convenient and the service was good.

Better than Hakaya Hotel at Sepinggan Airport...They also have free airport transfer for return

New & nice hotel, but I couldn't get wifi connection in my room. And on the last day of my stay the water came out very dirty & I was disappointed as hotel didnot react immediately, we called 3 times & they took action after we came down to the front desk. Anyway, hotel's condition is very nice & comfy.
