The room were very clean

The breakfast was well cooked. The staff did offer to cook vegan sausages for us, but I could see that there was plenty of food that vegans could eat and the staff were rushing about working very hard, so I didn’t ask them to do so.

Bedroom was a bit small, but we did have the sofa bed in use. Very clean and beds excellent

The property was sufficient enough to also us to sleep the night.

When woke up the following morning my wife got out of bed and something scratched her leg, turns out there was a loose spring poking out through the mattress. I did go and report it to the front desk and someone came up and offered us another room, but there was no interest in how my wife was no offer of first aid or reporting in a form of accident book. Also there was an option where you could stream stuff from your phone to your tv in your room. Using both TVs from the two rooms we had I had no success at doing this, I even asked the front desk for advice and they couldn’t help either. If your going to offer something in your room have people trained to enable it

The staff was really nice and friendly, bed was comfortable and I especially liked the toiletries, the shampoo deserves a mention as it was really good for my hair (fine and easy to tangle).

Whilst the rest of the furniture seemed rather new, the carpet in the bedroom had quite a few stains.

Breakfast was poor, limited choices and organisation was not easy to find, we couldn’t find the jam, there was no fried egg and sausage didn’t taste nice.

The receptionist who is the person to welcome you on arrival was miserable she didn't bother to look up and greet us on arrival and finished what she was doing first. she never smiled she looked totally disinterested which gave a bad vibe.

Toilet too low. Problems using the sink, resulting in water on the floor. The room had only one chair. TV was difficult to view comfortably from bed.

Receptionist on arrival was friendly and efficient. However the receptionist on departure barely looked up from what he was doing and offered no smile or departure acknowledgement despite us saying thanks! Total opposite from the booking in receptionist. Breakfast staff were all welcoming and polite.

Classico hotel lungo l'autostrada. Struttura nuova e pulita. Colazione buona. Non super varia ma adeguata. Parcheggio gratuito.

Breakfast was basic and fitted the price. The room and beds were decent. Facilities in the room were OK.

The shower floor was slippy and the area around the sink basin in the bathroom leaked - it was always wet. The shelf on which the tea making facilities were perched did not have much depth and was pretty useless. The breakfast area was a bit small and basic. There was very little space to relax outside of the hotel room.

Non c’’era alcun tipo di professionalità, non è stato richiesto il controllo documenti, ogni volta che gli si chiedeva l’acqua era senza finita. Non erano presenti tutti i servizi citati nelle info dell Hotel, la posizione non era una delle migliori. Lo staff delle pulizie ha riattaccato gli asciugamani sporchi da noi buttati sul pavimento.

Breakfast, well cooked and hot. Varied selection and well worthy of a good report. Staff were friendly and attentive. Car parking was plentiful and well located.

The car park barriers do not work and 6 of our works transit vans were broken into, this was in part to the easy access to the car park. If the barriers were working then an additional layer of security would deter the scum that stole over £30,000.00 of tooling and equipment. A very sorry and a crime number doesn't cut it. So if you are a tradesman be aware.

Went to Harry Potter studios so was in a great location with free parking. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a small bar and a good selection of breakfast food. Would stay here again.

Alles war sehr sauber und professionell organisiert. Das Frühstück war okay.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Es ist sehr laut dort. Die Fenster sind dadurch nicht zu öffnen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Mit ausgezogenem Bett konnten wir kaum im Zimmer laufen. Und das Bettsofa war sehr klein für 2 Kinder.

Breakfast was a bit manic. People sat waiting to leave with suitcases etc in the restaurant area rather than the foyer and as a result no tables free to have breakfast. Thats not the hotels fault as such but people should be reminded not to sit in the restaurant area taking up tables for guests to have breakfast

When the toilet was flushed it leaked onto the floor of the en-suite.

Good location. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet. Staff were friendly. Room came with the usual (hair drier, ironing equipment etc).

Only gripe was the sofa bed for the kids wasn't made when we arrived. When we asked for bedding, we were eventually handed the bedding to do it ourselves. I can make a bed, but given I was visibly injured and my partner was 9 months pregnant...it was an odd situation in circumstances where we paid best part of £200 for a night in a room.

Staff very helpful. The hotel was a great base for us for travelling into London from St. Albans. We were able to park on site which was very helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I and my husband stayed for one night on Friday - 17/07/26, while travelling down to London. From the moment we arrived, Aidan at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service, making check-in quick and easy. Our double room, which included a small sofa bed, was clean, spacious, and a great size for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that the room temperature was perfect throughout the night, making for a very relaxing sleep. The hotel's convenient location just off the motorway made it an ideal stopover on our journey. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

it called itself 'St Albans' but in reality it is quite a bit of distance even by driving from St Albans town centre. The location is not easy to find after coming off the highway. The room size is very small

A very nice welcome to a smart and clean hotel the receptionists were excellent and helpful there was an information board for the iron maiden concert as lots of us were picking up our coach outside. Lovely room and the breakfast was excellent definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to stay because our dog was being treated at the nearby Queen Mother Veterinary College hospital. Staff were lovely and very understanding.

Had a power cut for 2 hours just at the time we were getting ready to go out. Obviously not a lot you can do about that.

Road Signage to find the way from the M25 as we left the roundabout was nonexistent. We could see the outside of the building from the road but satnav didn’t find the road into the hotel. Had no idea we needed to follow the hypermarket sign to find it. Saw no road signs to indicate its location. An extra 20 mins added to our journey wasn’t appreciated.

Typical Holiday Inn , no welcome just a here's your key room number and off you go. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are good, slept well. Not very impressed with the level of catering, ready made in the microwave to heat the serve. Overall not very impressed with this hotel I have stayed at better Holiday Inns.

Breakfast was ok Staff not so friendly chose who they wanted to say good morning to Room 122 hand stains on the carpet and the red chair in the room had a massive stain on the seat I refused to sit on it Headboards needs to be wood or leather material as it harbours dirt and i am 100% sure its not or never been steam cleaned
