The beds were comfortable, the price is beyond reasonable and the location is ideal (very close to the airport great for checking in directly after long flights)

There was a slight language barrier between the staff and us but it was sorted out shortly

Great location - close to airport with a shuttle service. Big bed, clean room and great rooftop pool. You can also use the restaurant at the resort next door.

I liked the idea of the rooftop pool but the tiles were all coming off and loose. Some were sharp and broken. The fake grass gets very very hot.

The staff were very nice and allowed us to extend our check in as we arrived after midnight. The rooms were a great size and all we needed for a nights stay. Super close to Kuta beach to go for a walk in the morning and great range of breakfast food

Mmm.. nowadays the room do not have central lighting just like ordinary room in the house do.

A perfect stay close to the airport with free shuttle. I only had the afternoon and evening here before my flight but was perfect for a last swim, and get ready to fly. They kindly gave me early breakfast in a box, nasi goreng and fresh fruit delivered to my room at 6pm, amazing service! Thank you.

We found a large dead cockroach in the bathroom. Our towels had holes in them. Just overall felt dirty. Thin walls could easily hear the person next door on the phone.

Loved the close location to the airport for a quick departure for morning flight. Shuttle bus was great to airport for free

The hotel is in an ideal location as a stopover to rest and recuperate before venturing further afield. It is very clean and comfortable with good amenities and delightful staff. Breakfast is a satisfactory buffet style with a fair range of options. There is also a great view of the sunset over Kuta beach from the pool bar.

حجم الغرفه لا يتجاوز 15 متر وكنا شخصين وصعب نتحرك فيها عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام وهذا في جميع غرف الفندق الأكل لا يناسب الخليجين

All the staff are super friendly and very attentive with smile on their faces from reception staff Gita and her friends (sorry can't remember the name of the evening shift on my check in date). The room and hotel very clean, tidy and location is superb, only 15 minutes from airport. They do provide a shuttle bus to and in airport. Vale for money, that wouldn't get wrong. Will difenetly back, and will try there resort this time.

Stayed here for 4 nights and although it's an express there are still some areas that travelers should be aware of, not negative just information. The hotel staff are very helpful, attentive, courteous and extremely polite. And everything in-between. Breakfast is very extensive with helpful staff at every turn could be bit crowded at times. The room and hotel is clean all over. The bed is comfortable room is not spacious and has very little cupboard space. It's very noisy and not soundproof. As you can hear the conversation in the next room. But this hotel is basic and is really catered to 1-2 nights and for individuals that are not stay-in-room type. What I mean is that the room has a very small TV my laptop has a bigger screen. The fitness is very small with two treadmill and some light free weights. But the it's very disappointing when the lights turn off automatically while you are in the room. So is you are a TV person and a gym person this is not the hotel for you. The beach is nearby but not really a bathing beach as there are lots of fishing boats round. There is a track for walking and running but you have to dodge the bicycles and motor cycles while on the path.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Communication was also excellent - when I emailed the hotel with a question, they responded immediately. The room was spotlessly clean. The highlight for me was on my last morning, during breakfast. I asked one of the waiters (Pompi) if I could have some mango and even though it wasn't part of their breakfast buffet, he went and found one for me and he was so helpful and friendly.

Very clean, practical and peaceful place close to the beach where surfers, businesspeople, and families can relax. The staff is very helpful and the desk girls never disappoint ✅👍

Schönes Stadthotel nur 5 Min vom Airport entfernt. Da wir Frühstück durch frühe Abreise nicht nutzen konnten, gab es ein Lunchpaket. Schöner Pool mit Bar auf dem Dach.

Delightful hotel with great amenities and comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool was fantastic with great views and good bar service, the breakfast was out of this world, and the staff was accommodating, attentive and friendly throughout the entire hotel. Location close to many warungs, restaurants, bars, shops and excellent beaches. A great stay!

I don’t have anything particular that I didn’t like about the property other than when you turned on one light you turned them all on, so at night it was very bright
