El desayuno me pareció de muy buena calidad. El personal muy agradable. La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, era como un apartamento.

El horario de check out es a las 11 y la entrada a partir de las 16h. Veo excesivo tener que esperar a la llegada, este punto se debería flexibilizar.

Velmi se nám líbila čistota pokoje - vše opravdu dokonalé čisté a uklizené! Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Hotel kousek od metra i slavné tramvaje č. 28.

Bydleli jsme v 1. patře a nad námi byl slyšet každý krok, přesněji řečeno veliké dupání! Bohužel dupot do pozdní do noci a od brzkého rána! VELMI nepohodlná přistýlka!!! Rozkládací gauč s předělem, spaní tedy možné asi na 60cm. Tvrdé a VELMI nepohodlné!!!

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were huge but a little complicated to place your orders. Overall good would stay again.

No option to sit on the terrace and order a coffee or a glass of wine or beer, so you had to bring your own . Missed opportunity for fellow guests to chat about their stay.

Loved this property. The room was really well appointed and beautifully renovated. Comfortable large bed that had wall petitions to seperate it from the rest of the spacious room if needed. A very functional kitchen with fridge, kettle, coffee plunger and beans - not that you would want to in Lisbon with such great food options but you could make meals if you choose to, the kitchen had everything you would need. Air conditioning in the room was great, staff were fabulous, servicing of the room was immaculate each day and the location was great. Close enough to everything to get there in a few minutes but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful.

The only thing I didn’t love was having to pay for fresh towels if you stayed less than four nights. I get the sustainability angle, but maybe 5€ off the bill instead of charging guests would be a better way to do it.

Quiet location with easy access to livelier areas on foot. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view; we could hear Lisbon come alive as the sun set. The bed was fantastic.

No smart TV, which isn't a problem if you want to be out on the town. For us, we wanted a night in, so that was the only bummer. Also, to enter, you have to ring a doorbell, and sometimes you must wait a long time for staff to let you in. But it could have just been a busy day.

Everything looked new, the bed was clean and cozy.

El apartamento me pareció impecable, con todo lo necesario y además todo nuevo y menaje de diseño. En 20 minutos estabas en la Plaza del Comercio. El personal muy atento.

Qualche dettaglio si puo migliorare. Aria condizionata forse un po leggera. Personale disponibile e comunicazioni buone ma forse il self check in sarebbe piu comodo e veloce. Deposito richiesto di 100 euro è stata una richiesta inaspettata ma tutto ok.

Appartement très propre et idealement situé dans le centre de Lisbonne. Tout est accessible à distance de marche : centre historique, métro, gares. Les courses sont à proximité immédiate ce qui est tvraiment très pratique pour aller chercher du pain ou autres viennoiseries locales le matin ou faire ses courses pour les repas. L'appartement est hyper fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La literie est très confortable.

Il manque clairement de la vaisselle. Un saladier ainsi que des bols seraient vraiment les bienvenus. Par ailleurs il n'y a littéralement que 4 jeux de couverts ce qui obligent à faire la vaisselle après chaque repas alors que l'appartement dispose d’un lave vaisselle 12 couverts : donc soit vous le faite tourner quasiment à vide (pas économe ni écologique du tout), soit vous ne l'utilisez pas du tout... donc inutile. Et sinon le quartier est un peu "cheap" sans que pour autant nous n'ayons été embêtés le moins du monde.

Check in was a bit long and was a confusion with my breakfast payment they resolve it but the payment system is a bit confusing. Staff was great and did their best but I think the overall system is a bit ling and could be less confusing.

The hotel was smart, clean and overall felt very friendly and professional. Staff are very kind and helpful, good walking distance from main areas. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Lisbon. Great facilities too.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Toujours disponible pour aider. Les membres du personnel sont d’une très grande générosité et toujours souriants. Le fait que l’emplacement soit un peu à l’écart, permet de dormir en toute tranquillité. La pièce est confortable et lumineuse. Je recommande!

La posizione è buona, vicino al centro che si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La camera arredata molto bene e la pulizia è stata impeccabile.

La camera non era nel corpo centrale della struttura (era al civico 16) ed era posizionata vicina alla cucina quindi la mattina presto eravamo disturbati dai rumori. Il divano letto è piccolo per due adulti

Staff were friendly. There was a laundry machine and dryer. Except for the cleaning services, the rest was pretty good.

The day of checking in, the room was clean. However, cleanliness was reducing day after day. We stayed 5 nights, and on the 5th day, the room was not serviced. Towels were replaced every 3 days, which we had to request on the 4th day. In general, cleaning can be improved.

A little gem right in the heart of Lisboa. Really stylishly fitted out, lovely food and friendly staff- Obrigada! 😊

Amazing apartment, loved the views, very attentive staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room had everything we needed and very clean.

Because it is a green hotel, they don`t clean daily. They can change the sheets and towels if you pay extra fees. Also, they didn`t leave enough toilet paper rolls and when we requested more around 9pm the reception was already closed so we had to go buy some at a store nearby. the breakfast also only starts at 8am and won`t be served until 8:15am at the earliest. One morning we had to leave at 8:15 so requested yogurt and fruits, things that don`t need preparation but they were not able to provide before 8:15. The staff didn`t seem to want to accommodate our request of bringing us food right at 8.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen und konnten keine Fenster öffnen da sonst jeder von außen hätte hineinklettern können, dies hat den Aufenthalt für uns sehr negativ gestimmt

The apt was very nicely decorated.

The air con seemed to have just one temperature setting so got very cold but too hot to turn off. The weather was very hot while we were in Lisbon. Having a choice of temperature would have been much better. Lisbon is beautiful but very hilly so I personally found it difficult to go for even a short walk without encountering steep hills.

Large, modern room with kitchenette. All immaculately clean. Great location, friendly staff. Fab value for family of three staying in Lisbon for four nights. Check-in and check-out were simple (our plane was delayed so didn’t arrive until around midnight, but no problem and good communication with staff). Ubicado cerca del centro pero en un barrio con sensación de inseguridad. Hay una calle entre el hotel y la zona más popular en la que daba miedo pasar por la noche. La primera noche el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable y la ducha se salía de la pared, lo dijimos y nos aseguraron que nos iban a cambiar de habitación. Finalmente no nos cambiaron ni arreglaron ninguna de las dos cosas. A la siguiente noche nos cambiaron y en la nueva habitación había muchas hormigas. Las camas son incómodas y los apartamentos de la última planta son súper pequeños…en la cocina no caben dos personas a la vez. Eso sí…en compensación nos invitaron a desayunar y el desayuno estaba muy rico. No repetiríamos en ningún caso.

Las dos camas superiores,tienen la incómodidad de subir y bajar por los dos escalones que hay para acceder sobre todo por las noches que.es hasta peligroso.La situación del apartamento, que Sí, es céntrico, pero tienes que acceder por una calle nada recomendable ,por su gente..) con un desnivel de subida muy grande, y la distancia será de 100 metros, que llegas exhausto a ella..y con el calor de junio, fue muy duro.....Tenerlo en cuenta..

The property itself is excellent: great location, very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception was disappointing. Before my arrival, I was sent the wrong access code, which caused a delay getting into the property after my late-night flight. In addition, my key card stopped working almost every day. I was doing laundry during my stay, and each time I needed access to the laundry room, I had to return to reception to have my card reactivated. I would also like to mention one of the female receptionists. My interactions with her left an unpleasant impression. She seemed friendly at first, but whenever I needed assistance, her attitude noticeably changed. I have no complaints about the other reception staff. Overall, the property is wonderful, but the reception service could definitely be improved.

I was hoping for a pleasant stay, but this hotel fell short. Nothing special or worth the price. You can get cheaper and much better deals in Lisboa. The biggest issues were the location and the service. The neighborhood is quite sketchy and unpleasant to walk around in (it felt more like being in Africa or India than Portugal) which ruined the vibe of our trip. Additionally, the hotel has a rigid policy system and the staff showed zero flexibility when we asked for basic assistance regarding our check-out time. It felt like they care more about strict rules than customer satisfaction. Everything you ask is at extra cost. Look elsewhere if you want a stressful-free vacation.

Frühstück war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Statt eines Buffets musste man mit dem Handy alles bestellen und konnte pro Kategorie nur eine Sache bestellen auch wenn man von anderen Kategorien gar nichts wollte. Für Reisende mit Glutenunverträglichkeit gab es kaum Auswahl.

Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace, et en plus, ils parlent plusieurs langues. Très belle chambre, avec un superbe design qui exploite bien les spécificités du bâtiment, climatisée et avec une kitchenette , le bâtiment est un vieux bâtiment traditionnel de Lisbonne mais l'intérieur est moderne et refait à neuf, un bien joli hôtel 4 étoile, bien situé dans Lisbonne.

Le grand lit, comme souvent fait avec deux lits simples connectés, aurait pu être plus agréable. La séparation pourrait être amélioré, sans fissure au milieu , pour éviter de se réfugier à deux, dans une seule partie de ce lit qui est pourtant un kingsize.

Very large and comfortable room and bed. Great views of Lisbon from the third floor. The kitchenette was well stocked, with little grocery stores everywhere to purchase drinks, snacks and even cook a meal if desired. The courtyard was a nice spot to sit in. Laundry facilities on site, just had to buy detergent from the front staff which made a huge different washing clothes halfway through trip.

Location was at top of hill, so walking home at the end of the day was a little tiring. Little more out of the way, but still very close to major tram and subway stops. Only 10-15 min walk to get to the water and main sections of Lisbon. Bathroom was a little small.

Μου έγινε επικοινωνία μέσω whats up και όχι απο το booking, αρχικά. Έπειτα μου ζητήθηκε η ωρα άφιξης επανειλημμένα ενω λογω ταξιδιού με αυτοκίνητο μπορούσα μόνο κατά προσέγγιση να τη δώσω. Θα μπορούσε εξαρχής να κοινοποιηθεί οτι το check in μετα τις 20:00 ειναι αυτόματο χωρις τόσες πολλες επικοινωνιες/οχλησεις. Το check in ηταν ευκολο. Τέλος υπήρχαν παρα πολυ κανονες και πρόστιμα για τα πάντα ακόμη και αν αφήσεις πιάτο απλυτο. Με τη λογικη των κανόνων του ξενοδοχείου το γεγονός οτι το αφρολουτρο ηταν μισοάδειο το βραδυ που εφτασα, θα έπρεπε και εγω να ζητήσω αποζημίωση...Η διακόσμηση εξαιρετική και πολυ ωραια χειρονομία να μου αφήσουν ψωμί απο το φούρνο τους ωστοσο την ωρα που έφτασα είχε ξεραθεί κ δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε πουθενα ενα χαρτι κουζινας να το τυλίξω για την επόμενη μέρα για να διατηρηθεί. Επισης δεν διατίθενται παντοφλες. Μικρά αλλα σημαντικα πραγματα που μπορούν να προσφέρουν μια πιο ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι θα έπρεπε να ειναι καλύτερο βασει τιμής.

Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto. Per una famiglia con bambini che però vuole non solo il confort ma anche lo stile è perfetto.

È stato davvero tutto praticamente perfetto. Non abbiamo ricevuto due chiavi perché non erano disponibili, questa è stata l'unica pecca.

Fantastic accommodation. Catered for our every need and accommodated 10 of us easily. Brilliant location near to Old Village in Vilamoura and overlooking golf course. Beautiful and spacious rooms and grounds. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were guests of this hotel for five days and we didn't want to go away! Pedro is a fantastic host, he's kind and he knows a lot of informations. our appartment was very clean and nice: the furnitures are modern and cool! The hotel has also little terrace for breakfas. It is very good and healthy: I ate a delicious yogurt, a fantastic banana oatmeal and a mix of fresh fruit. There is also a shop corner with portuguese's souvenirs.
