just to share opinions so that the ablution area is provided with a safety grill and is closed so that the clothes drying area is not exposed to other people because it can be seen from the outside by people staying there. the plug switch is broken in both rooms so that it can be repaired. for the convenience of charging phones

Strong wifi connection. Modern smart tv with Netflix availability. Easy to collect the keys from the staff. Staff also very friendly. Will stay here again as long as the price is right. Thank you

There’s a bit smell in the toilet sewer but manageable as we bought a new freshener to cover the smell. The water from the shower are little but still okay as long as there’s hot water.

Sometimes if you're unlucky the lifts that only use for going to the private parking lots are out of order, you need to walk up from outside the lobby to your car park. But usually it happens during heavy raining season due to leakage inside the lift.

The staff was helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. It has kitchen, fridge and washing machine. It has a balcony (views to a building, but you have a balcony). There is a swimmingpool, but there are no hammacks to lay on.

There was no hammack or a place to lay down on the swimming pool area.

Great location with fabulous outside gardens, pools and facilities. The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The availability of the washer was a bonus as we were travelling round. Communication with the host was exceptional. Air-conditioning throughout was effective. The balcony was good with a table and chairs or good for drying clothes. Good mall round the corner with supermarket and eateries. Great wifi.

Unfortunately there was mismatched worn out furniture, the settees and dining furniture need replacing, one double bed was very uncomfortable, the kitchen units have seen better days and the apartment could benefit from redecorating. One bedroom had a double and 2 singles, which was too much for the space but good if you have lots of people.

Good stay. Very convenient to all eateries restaurants and supermarket. Easy to use Grab or pickups. Many places are open 24/7

Property is in the city centre and above a shopping mall. The coordinator (Rose) is very responsive.

이마고몰 내에 있기때문에 기념품 구매나 택시잡기에 아주 용이하구요 3명이서 친구들이랑 묵기 넘 좋았지만 화장실에 개미가 나와요 ㅠ 살짝의 곰팡이도 조금있어요 좀 낡은 가정집 느낌입니다 불편함은 없었오요! 주방에 개미가 없어서 다행이죠?ㅠㅋㅋ 침대도 너무 푹신하구요 소통도 카톡으로 해주셔서 잘 이용했어요 수건도 부탁하면 넉넉히주시고 집이 시원하고 에어컨도 넘 잘돼있습니다 연인이랑 가기엔 좀 그렇지만 친구들이랑 같이 쓰기엔 넘 좋아요 강추입니다~ 샴푸랑 바디워시는 비치돼어 있고 나머지는 준비해 오셔야해요~ 아 비행기가 창문으로 지나가는게 보여서 넘 이뻐요 대신 시끄러운건 감안하셔야해요!

세탁시설과 몰에 위치한거를 보고 예약했으나, 세탁기가 고장나서 하지 못했습니다 다만 호스트가 수리를 하려 하였지만 실패해서 빨래를 수거해서 세탁해주었습니다

Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service.

The room was comfortable to stay, got kitchen for cook, washing machine & microwave provided, parking included & near to shopping mall, restaurant & gleanegles hospital.

Too noisy with car race sound too loud, airplane & can heard construction during morning time. for 2nd unit we move, bad smell in the toilet.

The location is excellent as it is linked to Imago Mall. The furnishings and decor inside the apartment is tired with a pungent and unpleasant smell of moth balls.

For holiday

Convenient location and easy drop-off/pick-up point for Day Tours/Grab cars. Next to IMAGO Mall which have almost all the stores/food outlets. Between 5-20 minutes walk to the Seafood Restaurants and Crafts/Night Market. Our first visit here was memorable and enjoyable. Easy check-in/check out, will visit and stay there in the near future.

우선 정식 호텔은 아닙니다. 일반인도 거주하는 레지던스 입니다. 그래서 매일 수건을 교체해주거나 방청소를 해주지는 않습니다 (돈을 지불하면 해준다고 합니다) 하지만 드럼세탁기가 잇어 수건은 빨래 돌리면 됩니다. 우선 위치는 이마고 몰과 같은 건물로 현재 코타키나발루에서 가장 좋은 쇼핑몰이라 다른 쇼핑몰 갈 필요가 없습니다. 그리고 소울드아웃, 어퍼스타, 스시집, 난도스, 스타벅스 등등 음식점도 매우 많아서 밥먹는것도 문제 없습니다. 제셀톤 포인트 까지는 약 7-8링깃정도 소요되는 거리 입니다. 10분 내외라서 멀지 않아서 좋습니다. 무엇보다 BCR의 최대의장점은 두개의 수영장입니다. 하나는 인피니티 풀이고 하나는 일반 풀인데 정말 이가격의 숙소에 이정도의 시설이 잇다는것은 행운이라고 생각핮니다. 정말 정비가 잘 되어 잇고 수영장 바로 앞에 헬스장도 잇어서 언제든지 이용 가능 합니다. 무엇보가 코타키나발루 여행이 쇼핑,호핑투어를 제외하면 크게 할것이 없는게 사실 입니다. 그래서 대형 리조트에 묵으실 계획이 아니라면 이 숙소에 묵으시면서, 투어한전 다녀오고, 쇼핑도 같은건물내에서 해결 하시고, 나머지 시간은 레지던스 내 수영장에서 시간을 조내는것도 정말 추천 드립니다 다시 코타키나발루를 간다면 잔드시 이곳에 머무를갓 같네요.

Stayed for 1 night.. my kids is fine wth the place and the area, as shops/eateries were just downstairs.. myb pool cn be opened a bit early. Friendly staff and easy checkout.
