Everything was amazing!

Struttura stupenda con un bellissimo panorama dalla reception. Posizione fantastica, a pochissimi minuti dalla metro che ci permetteva di raggiungere tutto in pochissimo tempo. Ci tornerei assolutamente. Letti comodissime e stanze pulitissime e spaziose per gli standard Giapponesi. Lo consiglierei agli amici

大浴場が最上階で、フロントがその下 客室は下の階 部屋からの眺めは、ビル、ビル、ビル・・・ 景観が楽しめないのは残念でした。

Location was perfect along Yamanote Line. Convenient location with a Lawson store at the Hotel and a supermarket that is only 3 minutes walk.

The room was dusty and carpet was not vacuumed until we requested it. The dustbin in the washroom was not cleared on the second day. It showed the carelessness of cleaning staff. The laundry facility was helpful but only 2 machines for the whole hotel makes it almost impossible to use them. What makes it hard is that many guests use the 2 hour wash and dry for 2 hours. In other hotels, it makes better sense to have machines that washes and dry. Keep the washing to 35 mins and drying to 1 hour. I have also seen that some guests use both machines for wash/dry for 2 hours! The hotel has to put in more thoughts to managing this facility.

I loved the onsen and the view from the 14th floor terrace. The complimentary coffee was great, too. Our room was comfortable and clean and well appointed.

Location was not as convenient as hoped to nightlife and tourist attractions.

The hotel is easy to reach from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The reception lobby is nice, with welcome drinks that make arrival pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay comfortable.

Modernes Gebäude, tolle Lobby ganz oben und super Lage zur Station Gotanda, wo sich gleich 3 Bahnlinien kreuzen.

ben posizionato: 150 metri da stazione Yamanote e di altra linea metro. Molti ristoranti in zona. Onsen a disposizione (al 16° piano!). Camera di buone dimensioni. Pulito e confortevole.

Good location in a bit more quiet area (compared to Shibuya). Rooms were cleaned daily. Best part was the onsen which we used every night.

The views on the top floors were stunning. You can really get to see the top of Tokyo. Top floor onsens were great too! Staff were friendly too! I really liked how close you were to the station, it was mainly why I chose this hotel cause I was leaving the next day. Great place if you need a quick night to relax before leaving.

Buffet was okay not that large. I wasn’t a fan of the style of room. It was a little spacious but I didn’t want to upgrade for my last night so it served its purpose didn’t really have much of a view.

Incredible property right outside of the crazy chaos of Tokyo, super easy to hop on the train and be within Shibuya and Shinjuku in like 15 mins

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We are non-smokers and booked four two-bedroom rooms. The two rooms on the 9th floor were excellent. However, the 10th floor has a designated smoking area, and although our rooms were non-smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable as soon as we stepped out of the elevator.

Clean and new rooms. Very close to the subway. The breakfast was sufficient. They serve for both Asians and Westerns.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. I was also very happy with the breakfast — it was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety. I would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Fijne schone en ruime kamers voor Japanse begrippen. Goede bedden en prachtige onsen op de bovenste verdieping, met spectaculair uitzicht overde stad.

Ontbijt is wat minder rijkelijk dan je zou verwachten van een hotel in deze klasse.

Notre chambre était très confortable, avec une jolie vue de la chambre, nous avons très bien dormi. L’hôtel est situé à côté d’une gare ce qui est assez pratique et de supérettes et restaurants. Il y a 2 machines à laver si besoin.

乾淨,床及枕頭舒適. 每天也有免費水。大堂也有咖啡提供。地點很方便。五反田站行五分鐘左右就到。附近超市搭電梯上四樓便到JR及池上線月台。16樓有幾架自動販賣機，可以平價買甜筒。

洗衣機不足夠，洗衣乾衣共兩部，每次一按就起碼個多鐘，住客又多，保証洗不到衫，試過早上六時多也沒有位置。由於開機時，要入一個自訂密碼，所以洗完也不可能給下一位開到機門，只有等。雪櫃不太夠凍。廁所有一陣臭味。大浴場的儲物櫃鎖匙不好轉動，浸浴池又不大，雖然有室外的，但面積太細，坐四，五人已覺擠擁。 五反田距離成田機場較遠，建議用羽田機場的，或計劃前往西北，西南方向較多旅遊景點的旅客才入住這酒店。

L'emplacement juste à côté de la Yamanote Line, le confort de la chambre, plusieurs restos et kombini proches, très bel hôtel en général.

La propreté de la chambre était très douteuse (tapis ULTRA sale et salle de bain moyenne). L'air climatisé coulait, le tapis était tout trempe (nous l'avons mentionné sans retour concret).

The location was great. I enjoyed the reception being on 15th floor because it allowed you to look down at the city. The patio was a welcomed surprise. And, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for holding our luggage until check-in.

Everything was amazing for the one night at the hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a very good supermarket. The staff were very friendly, and the onsen was really nice. We had a great stay.

Before our stay, we asked if the duck feather pillows and duvet could be replaced because of allergies. In the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was always arranged easily without any issues. Unfortunately, at this hotel we were told they could only remove the duvet and provide extra towels to use as pillows. As a result, we had to buy our own pillows from a local store, which was disappointing, especially as we stayed for 9 nights. The duvet provided was for only one person and it was also quite small for an average European adult. The hotel was also noisier than expected, and the air conditioner made dripping noises during the night. This was the first hotel during our trip to Japan that left us disappointed.

I liked the lobby, but sometimes the elevator could get crowded, would be nice if one of the staff was there to greet and escort to the elevator.

Spa, as you enter the the large public bath, the tile was slimy and did not feel clean, some times I saw hairs on the tile floor, especially the entrace/excit area. Also the numbers on the locker has faded or completely missing, creating lots of confusion.

大浴場はよかったのですが、露天風呂にも入りたかったのですが、広さは大浴場よりはなく、2.3人の人で10分くらい占領されて、長風呂できないタイプだったので入れなかった。

Super Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Donki in der Nähe. Authentische Gegend. Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal.

設備が整っていて、スタッフの方の対応も大変素晴らしかったです。朝食ビュッフェも利用させていただきましたが、色々な種類の料理があり楽しめました。

フロントが15階にあり、チェックイン時や用事がある時に必ず15階を経由する必要がありました。 その為かエレベーターの停止回数が多く、時間帯によっては移動に少し時間がかかる点が気になりました。 海外からの宿泊者も多く、館内は国際色豊かな印象でした。一方で、大浴場では室内用スリッパのまま湯船付近まで来られている方を見かけるなど、利用マナーについて気になる場面もありました。文化や習慣の違いもあると思いますが、現在の案内方法では十分に伝わっていない可能性があると感じました。すべての宿泊者が気持ちよく利用できるよう、より効果的な周知方法を検討していただけるとありがたいです。」

The front desk staff was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great!

The bathroom was not clean, but the staff at the reception contacted the cleaning person and cleaned the bathroom immediately.
