Hotel Palacio,Khanapara

Room size is very small …. Room given to us was not clean.only one towel was placed …. Toilet was not clean

The restaurant was good and the food was fine.

There are two properties with the same name about 5 kms apart. This created confi=usion and we went tot he wrong property. we had to come all the way back t this hotel, had issues witht eh extra bed costing, the room was fine, but the hotel is not good enough for a good rest as it also incldues a club which menas non-stop noise all night long. we were lucky to get a chaneg to our room which was relatively quieter but still the noise was there all night.

The microbrewery on property was good. The staff excellent.

Rooms were very dated, one room had smoke smell Even though they had a non smoking sign in the room.

The stuff did not check before assigning me a room and when I enter the room, it was occupied, which was embarrassing for both me and the the existing Guest. This could be a much worser situation.

Luggage had to be carried by ourselves to the reception which is on the 1st Floor. The Hotel has a Night Club. The noise and vibrations carry on till 4am. One has to be aware of that..

The location was good. The front desk was very helpful, specially Mr Biswajit who was a great help.

Need maintenance. The room has a strong smell of smoke. Breakfast little poor, instead of white eggs, will be better to offer to clients brown eggs and it’s important to clean the eggs shell before boiling….

There was no hot water in the evening, the heater was broken. They ask for eco friendliness but the tap has to run forn15 mins before hot water can come in the shower.

breakfast was well but when we ready to eat the breakfast after self serve one staff talk to me that you have to paid for breakfast you don't have complimentary breakfast. its not right time say, they should say before we start our breakfast among the staff there was big communication.....

bathroom for room no. 403 4th floor was unusable, the water was not flow properly it was over flood to floor even if I wash my feet. need to repair at the earliest. Swimming pool was not able to use on the arrival day and next morning also we forcely use due to pressure of your children and it was very very dirty.

Room service was very good, although with limited options. Front desk staff were well trained and polite.

House keeping can be a little better

Love the staff & management. They have an excellent brewery/restaurant and 2 nightclubs with dancing too!! And A very cozy, fun, wonderful stay.

I was charged another 10% extra beyond the rate & extra charge quoted in the site i.e Booking.com app. Above all We had a confirmed booking for two nights of 11 rooms and on the first night one room was overbooked which we compromised and we were billed on that room too on final bill which we complained

All good. I prefer and enjoy staying at this property when in Guwahati.
