Grand Service Apartment @ Times Square

Based inside a large shopping centre location is fabulous for usual facilities and transport connections. I travelled from aeroplane to hotel room without stepping outside.

luxury amenities but aging. Super value for money though as the ambience is worth it.

Bad service I have to stay in the room with aircond warm services was bad even texted but noyone reply regarding aircond warm next day informed we could not sleep thought the the Pakistan guy incharge will give last check out comp but no yet he charged till 2pm RM 100 wasn't a good stay spoil the nite of our stay I'm not happy wit services that I get

If you book this property through booking.com, they assign you with an agent and the agents are simply unprofessional. Room was no where close to the pictures. Rooms were unclean. Rooms had a very bad smell. Beds are horrible. Washrooms are very dated.

The staff are not helpful. They are not supporting with luggage during check-in and check out. Mr. Mizanur is rude and don't know how to deal with customers. I was not happy with the staff. The request money per our for late checkout. When I arrived, they accepting cash only and I didn't have cash due to an issue in my card, they regret to let me check in with my family ( I have a kid with me) until I clear the issue with my card. I was waiting outside for more than one hour.

Good location, good to be able to use hotel pool (but don’t order food at the pool, it’s awful!).

Room was incredibly run down and not clean. All the taps leaked, towels were stained and the wifi didn’t work. Make sure you read the fine print of the cost before booking as they add a large service charge.

Heel snel. De host kwam de sleutels brengen, keurig uitgelegd en bracht ons naar de Room. Al snel een vertrouwd gevoel. Mr Ahmed is zeer geduldig, respectvol en hield aan de afspraken. Thank you again, Mr Ahmed.

The rooms, the staff were not so great and there wasn't any kind of good service you expect.

Location is obviously good, above a mall in the heart of the city. Thats about it

Wasnt a motel, was serviced suite, too easy to book this instead of the motel. Room was dirty and worn down. We didnt stay the night. Contacted the owner and asked for refund. Not what you'd expect for something of this price. Thankfully they refunded us but still wanted a service fee just for the guy coming to give us the key. Dont recommend at all

La situation géographique est vraiment parfaite. L'appartement est situé au cœur d'un centre commercial immense. Ce centre comprend même un parc d'attraction indoor impressionnant. L'appartement est très spacieux mais vieillot. Vu que nous utilisions l'appartement uniquement pour dormir, cela nous convenait parfaitement

Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d'eau WC qui a débordé. Nous avons pu stopper l'eau mais ce fut assez impressionnant. Heureusement que nous n'avions pas quitté l'appartement directement après avoir tiré la chasse sinon je n'ose imaginer la catastrophe. J'ai immédiatement informé le propriétaire pour faire des réparation mais personne n'est passé visiblement !

This property is bad and is a scam

There is no check in counter. Some random guy showed up after a long time of waiting. The guy could not even speak proper Malay or English. Demanded to be paid in cash and even asked extra money. Did not give a receipt. Then he gave the room key and left. Room was old, dusty and dirty. Towels were stained. Will never go there anymore .

I love all the facilities. Mr Ahmed doing great job when the door lock at 3am in the morning. Tq so much for helping me.

The appartment floor was very sticky and the towel provided were torn and not in good state.

The place was average, every things is old. Beds weren't comfortable. Toilet was blocked, even though they tried to fix but the issues was still there. Very good location though.

close to mono rail and shopping centre

well where do I start . This place or the room i had was in poor condition . Photos on bookings dont even come close to actually room . Old , dated ,floor coverings worn , tiles damaged , skirting boards rotten , bed bugs etc etc im only sorry now I didn't take pics of the bed bugs , squashed a couple , full of blood .Used thongs left by someone . Paid for 3 nights , stayed for 1 only coz we got in at 2am .

Book a room stated with yard. Upon arriving there is no yard. No microwave. And also blood stain on bedsheet and towel

the room is clean. the facilities (gym and swimming pool) are great. the hosts are super helpful and easy to reach. please give them a call and boom 5min later there he is. It's really easy to deal with no need ic or whatsoever. oh, and you have to pay directly to the host and they only need your card info for booking. overall smooth check-in/check-out, great location, massive and clean room, great bed shower toilet got 2 room cards too! this is by far the best host! yall better book from this host 👍

Amazing location just above the Times Square mall with slot of café, restaurants, and shopping areas Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Staff was really helpful although I checked in very late almost after midnight and they were there helping me with everything Rapid response to any request ..special thx to Mr Ahmed It needed an access key for the elevator and we had only one we were 3 adults so this was a little bit challenging it's better if there were more than one access and the unit keys had w numeric password lock rather than a magnet key

The room shown to me on the website was very different. The room I walked into at the property was dingy and very very different from the pics shown on your website. This is pure scam and not the right practice of treating your guests who book a room based on the trust of a site like booking.com. I did not stay at the property. At 12:30am, I chose to walk out that property and look for another cleaner, safer place. Very very disappointed at booking.com

Very good location at the heart of KL. The room was spacious enough. Bed was comfy and clean. Overall cleanliness was good. Staffs were always available to be called. We liked our stay at the 29th floor with a lovely city view

The apartment is quite old. The curtains fell short a bit to stop the sunlight.

Location is very good and close to Imbi MRT station. Inside shopping mall and many restaurants on LG floor and 3rd floor.

No direct contact point other than the gentlemen who coordinated with us. Need some kind of receptionist at the lobby area as a direct contact point for any query or problem. Only one room key given. Difficult for a family to share the key with different commitments and visits.

I stayed with my family in suite number 13 on the 24th floor of the Times Square service suite. The caretaker there, Jewel, is an amazing person. Great location. Self-contained for shopping.

There was nothing to dislike. However, having to go downstairs to smoke a cigarette was an inconvenience for me, but it was a good thing.

Very spacious apartment. Very good location. Spectacular view.

Bathroom door lock malfunction. Bathroom basin taps too close for washing hands.

Distance to berjaya times square

The toilets was choked on 2 days. Room looks old and in need of repair.
