All the staff are so friendly and happy to help. Good quality food, extremely clean through out the hotel, good size comfortable room. Nice bar area and restaurant. Very good parking.

The design and access of the hotel. Lifts very good. The room was lovely and large, with space to hang clothes. The bathroom was also large and being a wet room allowed for easy access to less able guests. The breakfast was excellent for its wide range of choice from full English to Continental. Wit ha chef always on hand meant the food was always fresh and requests for items such as omelettes was prepared as required. The staff in the breakfast area were always busy to keep the dining are a clean and replenish items as necessary ie juices etc. I have never stayed at a Hilton before, but from this experienced this hote; will be my first port of call. To all the staff from first check in at the reception and throughout our stay a very sincere thank you for making this a very memorable occasion.

The bed it was far to low and with mobility problems made getting out of bed a difficult occassion.

Made to feel welcomed. Rooms both lovely and spacious . Very clean and well presented throughout. Had a dog with us...he was also treated nicely. Because of the dog we were sat separately with a table set up near the bar for breakfast...not too far from dining room...so fairly easy to choose and collect our food. Disabled parking blocked off...was able to find an end of row space...staff came out to check all was ok .

Food was difficult for one of us due to dairy intolerance. ( informed staff ) Oat milk available but food limited ....could have been offered an alternative to main breakfast buffet. Disabled parking area closed.

Bed was hard for us (but personal preferance) Pillows seemed nicely filled but flattened down a lot, so not good for sitting/propping up in bed

Great Location at Doncaster Racecourse - easy to find and a nice breakfast in the morning as it was quick stayover going to my parents, I did not have much time to take in the surroundings but my room was clean and I arrived late in the evening.

I had accidentally picked an accessible room I did not like the low down bed system, it hurt my back Im not blaming the hotel on this one, i picked it in haste and did not check it before confirming.

Entrance isn't signed very well. If you have to park in the end carpark, it's a very long walk to reception due to the 6 foot high fence. Would be great if it had a gate in.

Stupid check in policy. Arrived 20 minute ls to 3 and was bluntly given 2 options to check in early- sign up to Hilton Rewards or pay £20…pretty pathetic given I was only 20 minutes early

This Hilton was excellent. Rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed including a mini fridge that worked well and good air conditioning. Payable onsite parking was also a bonus. Staff are great, breakfast was excellent and the location was great. I stayed 2 nights on business, not for the races and I can definitely recommend.

Great location easy to find, room was bright and clean, air conditioning worked very well easy to control. Lobby, corridors and lift were kept to a good standard and were clean. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Not really anything I didn’t like, car park was very busy but there was an event going on at the race track so that was understandable, would always like a coffee machine in the room 😂

We arrived very late on the night of the train chaos as we were stranded coming from Edinburgh. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The chap behind the bar stayed and did overtime, making us all paninis and waiting til we were all settled. The room was nice - pillows could do with an update, but my four star is made five due to the fantastic staff.

Our stay has been fabulous and apart from all the facilities being great, the staff have been amazing 1st class caring, friendly nothing too much trouble, and that has been everyone, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, chef all just making us feel very special. We stayed in room 426 which was facing the race course, think all the rooms facing racecourse are great. Lovely shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body moisturiser. Noise wise, it was very quiet, in our room so we both got two good nights sleep (great aircon in the rooms). Hotel spotless and really lovely atmosphere. Seating outside overlooking the race course. We ate the restaurant one evening and breakfast, great food and fantastic staff. Highly recommend .

Another stay in my favourite Hilton at Doncaster race course. Looking forward to our 2 night stay and want to give a huge shout out to Jade! Unbeknown to Jade I witnessed her showing exceptional ‘2nd to none’ service to 2 guests - they were in the restaurant and needed assistance- I watched Jade give absolute personal dedication to them and watched the trust they had in her - above and beyond customer service. Room is perfect too 🥰

Everything was exceptional. The reception and support staff simply could not do more for us. The breakfast was delicious although a little under heated. The offer of eggs made to order I did not expect. Just fantastic. The room was immaculate and the view spectacular.

The outdoor area tables could have been cleaned with more frequency. Pricing in reception area for items on sale. Given the exceptional service and standards throughout, this would not impact the highest rating I can give. It’s a 15 from me

I stayed three weeks through work. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They answered every question with a smile, and made me feel very welcome. Special thanks to the very lovely Chris in reception; mulțumesc to Gina (reception), also big thanks to Jade, Kayley, Caitlin, Jane, and the legend that is Craig - the breakfast team made me part of the family and very looked-after. I would also like to say thanks and sorry to the housekeeping team, I kept getting in their way when they were trying to clean my room. I had a lovely experience here, would come back.

We were a party of 11 dining in the Restaurant to in part celebrate our wedding anniversary. We pre-ordered from the normal menu. Everything came out on time exactly as ordered. Service was generally excellent. The food was of a surprisingly high standard and in all honesty much better than you would expect at a Hilton Garden Inn. We have dined here before and have always found the food to be of good quality.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the Racecourse) Well equipped rooms and great facilities. We ate in the restaurant each of the three nights we stayed and the food was great and very reasonable. Staff were pleasant and helpful - reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant, nothing was a problem. We left a handbag in the bar area one night and the staff found it, kept it safe until we realised and were able to get it back the following morning- greatly appreciated.

The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable; everything was great. The air conditioner was a big bonus in the weather.

The breakfast was not impressive at all for a 4-star hotel; the room view wasn't as good as expected, so it was not worth the money to get a view like that.

The hotel has been excellent. The food has been amazing. Despite being very busy the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and we had an amazing waitress called Erin who looked after us well!

Brilliant service by both jade and Rebecca made the nights amazing going above and beyond with any requests we had. Thanks for a wonderful time.
